Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in McKinney

Went here last night at 8:30pm. Walked in and was immediately greeted by tall teenage boy. (Friendly) He was cleaning the flat top. (Zero complaints about him) He said someone would be right with me. Within view are two other teens, one with long brown hair. She was in the doorway of the kitchen with a short haired blonde. Brunette was eating with her hands and repeatedly rubbing her face. Nose and eyes. Looking at me and continuing to touch her face and eat. Blonde is not looking in my direction but just standing there ripping a vape pen. They both come out to make my food. Blonde puts gloves on and was very friendly and began making my sandwich. Brunette is cashier/person who dresses the sandwich. She grabbed my sandwich with her bare hands and then seeing my look of disgust put on some gloves to dress my sandwich. I was kinda floored and there was nobody else there. While paying for my food the blonde went back to the doorway and started ripping the vape pen again… in hindsight I should’ve just left without food. But I paid and then threw...

I would like to give a shout out to the 3 young employees that always greet me with a smile, confirm every detail with me about my order, and hand me my food with a smile.

I have been a regular here now for about the last year and Red, Corrine, and Quan (Q) are fantastic.

I’d also like to give Red a special shout out for his attention to detail, he remembers every single time and every single customer. While I was checking out, Q asked me what sandwiches I had and before I could answer, Red let him know.

In a time where there is limited customer service and limited kindness in the food and service industry, coming here is a breath of fresh air.

Went to Jersey mikes last week and they informed that they were out of bread and gave me a card for a free sub. Then I went in to use the card the next day and they told me the card had been used and I was given attitude by the staff member as she informed me the card had already been redeemed. So I was given a redeemed card to use and I went up there using my gas and everything to get a sub and twice in one week I was unable to receive good service.
