Worst experience at McDonalds ever!! This location never ceases to amaze me in the most negative way. We went through the drive-thru. Customer service rep who took the order had ZERO customer service skills. My boyfriend clearly said a LARGE for mine and his meal. The girl who took the order and the money at the first window didn't open the window to take the card for almost 2 minutes. She then said the total, took the card and handed it back saying nothing else. We get to the 2nd window and lady hands us MEDIUM drinks. I look at the receipt and it said medium after we clearly ordered large. She apologized and gave replaced with larges and then acted like that was all we ordered. We sat there for a couple minutes and she then opened the window and asked what else we were waiting for...we did not get any food yet. She appeared frazzled and then told us to pull up the the waiting parking spot. We waited in that spot for almost 10 minutes as other cars were going through the drive thru and getting their stuff easy breezy. We finally had to get out of the car, go inside (we did drive thru to avoid this) and no one greeted us. When someone finally noticed us the lady said shortly, "what do you need?"...we explained and gave her the receipt and she acted like it was the end of the world. The food was made right then because I'm pretty sure it was never made in the first place. Another women brought us our food and asked me if I needed 1 or 2 hash browns...I was confused because I dont know what meals come with what so I asked her if both usually come with a hash brown? She ended up getting another one and handed it to us. This was a TERRIBLE experience and it sucks because it's so conveniently close to wear I Iive. Read moreUnfortunately, this manager is a complete jerk. There’s simply no other way to put it. I was trying to fulfill an Uber eats order for a customer when she asked me to check back to make sure all of her food was in it. This required me to break the seal on the bag which the customer and I agreed upon. I did just that at the window immediately after I was handed the bag only to find out there were three orders of fries missing. I proceed to tell them they messed up the order. The manager tells me I cannot open the bag and this is against policy. That is understandable but the customer asked me to check because they messed up their order the day before, she told me! Imagine that! After showing the manager the food was missing and the message from the customer asking me to open the bag he proceeded to take the bag of what I had from me and to leave. I just asked for the three orders of fries to complete the order and I would be on my way. Again, he told me to leave. What?! Just fix the stupid order! Why is that so hard to do! That’s your job! Give the people what they paid for!!! Now the customer has no food and I don’t get paid for my time. That’s like taking food out of my kids mouth and literally taking food out of the customers! This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone! This happened on a Wednesday night at about 11:15 PM, Nov. 15, 2023. Read moreI don’t think I’ve ever written an actual review for a place, but the experience I had this morning was so awful I really need to. I ordered one bacon egg and cheese McGriddle and two sausage egg and cheese. At the speaker the girl kept repeating my order wrong and every time I would try to correct it, when we got to the window I tried to make sure nothing was wrong with the order but I kept getting interrupted and told everything was right about the order like she was trying to shoo me away, the exact same thing at the next window. Surprise surprise, the order was wrong, only sausage on the McGriddles. When we went through a second time to correct it, the manager raised her voice and yelled at us about it saying we “should’ve ordered it right at the speaker” and also charged us even more to get the right order. When we got the order the second time I asked if the receipt was in the bag because we were already going to dispute the charge, and the employee who brought it out also interrupted me to say yes, it’s in the bag. It wasn’t in the bag. I went inside to get the receipt and, after about ten minutes, was told that I couldn’t get my receipt because they “couldn’t find the order”, even though I had just paid for it not even two minutes before asking for the receipt, which is obviously a BIG no no. Throughout the whole experience every single employee we interacted with had a massive attitude, massive interrupting problem, and multiple employees including the manager were yelling at us.
