Both Nekter’s food and juice options are great. I enjoy the açaí bowls and the chia parfaits. The service is good enough for a fast-service place, but there have been times where I need to wait for someone to take my order for quite a while as there is normally nobody at the counter until you come in. The employees are always kind though and I have had especially good experiences at this location.

Place is super cute and in a great area. Girl working was nice. Had the PB Health Nut smoothie with whey protein. Tasted kinda bland but maybe that’s just the protein. Overall wasn’t bad the service was quick but if you’re looking for very flavorful healthy smoothie I wouldn’t recommend this one it rly tasted like nothing.

Updating my review to one star bc I went in to order a smoothie tonight (02/15/25) - the cashier had the sniffles (no problem) - after taking my order , she went to the back - blew her nose into a napkin and then immediately started to prepare my smoothie without washing her hands , using gloves or taking another other precautions to prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and germs. I was floored and completely disgusted! I started ringing the bell to get their attention and ended up requesting a refund. The person in charge of providing the refund didn’t see to care when I provided feedback as to why I wanted a refund. I will never ever be back !

Worst experience.

My dad ordered the mango delight. He is not allergic to anything but he took 3-4 sips and within minutes he experienced a severe reaction. Choking, short of breath and intense severe pain in his throat. After we got home he was nauseous. We have no idea what was in this drink but it was scary and an unpleasant experience. It also looked like the drink had a blob of some sort of icecream in it. Will not be coming back

Love Nekter, but the service was ridiculously slow those morning - i have never had a bad experience here but the woman this morning was rude , and aggressive and should not be working here if she’s that miserable! Also took over 20 minutes to make 2 juices - she was slow and could have at least acknowledged she was going to take that long. There was another person in back who was sitting down the entire time and could have assisted ! Normally this location has outstanding customer service… Hope they...
