Starbucks — Restaurant in McKinney

Never again at this location. I've had the worst experience from any Starbucks. And it says a lot because I've never had any problems. I understand its quicker to do a mobile order, reason I didn't was because I wasnt planning on going.I just happened to pass it. I went in, wasn't even greeted. Ok whatever. Didn't realize until after 5 minutes that I was standing near the mobile order sign. Social distancing is at an all time high. However, the lady behind the counter could have at least said hello and made sure, it is her job 🙄 so after about 5 minutes of being ignored, I ended up realizing that i needed to move and obviously wasn't going to be treated like a guest. lady who took my order was ok, wasn't spectacular. It took 15 minutes for 1 drink. Mind you, there were 3 people working the counter. Ridiculous....

The first time in 4 years of coming to this location to wait to order for 15 minutes while another customer argued about the color of one of her many drinks. Meanwhile the other employees just continued to ignore the fact that another customer was waiting. I asked because I was on a time limit if he could make the drink and was told no. With good reason, there were mobile orders. I usually order mobile however the app was frozen. I continue to wait until the customer decided to leave. Then the young lady chose to ignore me and go male drinks knowing I needed to order. There was already someone making drinks. Another young gentleman decoded to take my order. Ot took 30 minutes,...

Always disappointed in this location. Brought our own Starbucks cups to reduce waste. They even have a sign here that states to bring your cup to reduce waste and you also get 10 cents off. Handed my cup to the cashier and she still proceeded to write my order on my cup, since they supposedly have to measure out the drink In the plastic cup then pour it into the reusable cup. Which makes no sense because its their standardized starbucks resuabke cup. This basically defeats the purpose of the reusable cup in the first place. Not to mention they got the order wrong and didn't add the 10 cents...
