Subway — Restaurant in McKinney

If I could give NO stars I would NOT hesitate. Arianna the "Assistant Manager" was very rude, slow and did not listen. I told her I wanted a Chicken Teriyaki Salad and she asked what bread so I told her again that I wanted a salad. Then I had to remind her to put cheese in my salad. She proceeds to make my salad then asks what dressing so I tell her Sweet Onion, she then puts CEASER dressing on instead, then she offered to remake the salad so I said Yes Please do. So she remakes my salad puts the correct dressing on it after I tell her 3 times that I want the dressing ON the salad and not on the side even though she still attempted to put the dressing on the side and I had to correct her AGAIN. Then I show her my gift card and she says "She will get you at the front" I get to the front check out and they proceed to tell me they dont accept subway gift cards. They ask did you show Arianna I said yes, meanwhile Arianna decides to argue the fact that I showed her my gift card saying I didnt when I in fact DID, I had it in my hand reached out to show her so that I could pay before she told me that they would get me at the front. Then she threatens to call the police on me because I was upset that she not only messed up my salad an was rude but also neglected to tell me they dont take gift cards. I will NEVER be back to this location again not even...

The Subway is inside Valero/Circle K. The set-up is bright and clean. The gal that helped us, and made the sandwiches, was awesome. She was cheery during our whole interaction. She asked us to forgive her for the 20 seconds it took for her to refill the lettuce. It was so fast, we wouldn't have cared, and so it was very thoughtful for her to mention it at all. She asked for my order, a club with bacon, and then went over my 2 options from the menu. I've never noticed that there was a different club on the menu, and it was great that she suggested the other one. I didn't get her name, but she's in my picture. She gets 5/5 stars all by herself. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. My boys had the meatball subs and love them. If you want Subway and are in this area, don't be deterred that this one is in the gas station. It's noticibly better than some of the other Subway locations...

Approached counter while employee was helping another customer, waited at the end of the line by where you start near the breads. Employee proceeds to close the covers on the vegetables and meats, finally looks up at me and stares blankly. I asked if I could buy a sandwich and he doesn't reply, instead just opens up the covers and I tell him what I want while he doesn't make eye contact with me once after. He had a headphone in listening to music the whole time I was there and never took it out. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. Will not be returning to this location again. Employees...
