Had a delivery order that was 15 minutes past the projected email's delivery time, and the order had still not arrived. I called just to make sure the order was on the way, Manager 'Liz' lets slip that the delivery has not even left yet then suddenly the call is disconnected. I call back and someone else answers, I inquire about the order again, this time they try to tell me my pizza is on the way, but when I mentioned I heard the pizza had not left yet according to my prior call, the workers then say, it just now left. Which made it 20 minutes past the delivery estimate in the email, AND IT JUST LEFT. I decided I would rather cancel my order than pay for a pizza delivery that has been sitting out for over 90 minutes. At first they made it sound like I was not allowed to cancel, because the pizza was out for delivery, so I ask if I can at least change or revoke the tip, at which point they say they would have to void the order. So I ask them then, if it is being voided, why cant we just leave it voided, like I asked the first time. I also asked if they can send a confirmation of the cancellation, they send me an email when I place an order, but can't send anything when I ask to cancel? Ended up calling my bank to ensure the transaction was cancelled. It's too bad, because my kids prefer pizza on Friday nights, and Dominos is/was...

Unbelievable!!!! I called in and placed an order for pickup. Everything went well and person who took my order was very courteous and professional. He repeated my order and then told me that it'll be ready within 15-20 mins. I told him that was great because that's how long it'll take me to drive there from my residence. Here is where it gets disappointing. I arrived at location (24 mins due to traffic) after placing order. I walked in and was greeted " can I help you". No "Welcome to Domino's". I told the individual that I was there to pickup my order. He asked for the name the order was under and I told him. He then found my order and told me that it'll be ready in 15-25 mins. I asked what had happened because I was told my order would be done 15-20 mins after placing order. He replied that they did receive my order however when he refreshed their system, that that was the correct time showing. He then demanded payment which I politely replied that I'll make payment when my order was completed. Now what observered was that there was no sense of urgency from any of the employees working the assembly line. Everyone were taking their time with one employee walking away from a partially prepared pizza to take a smoke break!!! Unbelievable service with no leadership.
