This a beautiful store with something for everyone. Clearly, the owners had a vision and have put a lot of thought into their store. My husband and I went in yesterday afternoon and spent a few minutes looking around. Initially, there were no other customers. There were two women behind the counter talking and playing with their phones. We were never greeted or even acknowledged. Nor were the couple of other customers who came in after us. So we just walked out. Still no acknowledgement, "thank you for coming in", nothing. I worked in retail for years and know the importance of greeting everyone who walks through the door as well as not standing around chatting and doing nothing.
