My daughter was hired on the 15th of this month with a start date of the 23rd at 11am. She called around 9am to find out what she was expected to wear. The new manager Johnny told her he would supply her with a shirt and a hat. And proceeded to tell her the specifics of what pants, shoes, and belt she should wear. He then told her to show up 30 minutes early. She showed up at the store at 10:15. He sat down with her at a table and asked her about her availability. She explained she was home schooled and had open availability. He told her she needed a food handlers card and two forms of ID. He then told her he wasn't going to work her today and that he would call her tomorrow for scheduling. On the 24th she hadn't heard from him by noon and called the store to talk to him. He then told her the old manager hired her and he's not hiring. She said, " so I'm not hired anymore?" His response..."no, you're not" Are you kidding me!? The hiring sign was still outside...Johnny had her get her food handlers card, told her what she had to wear, she passed up other interviews, because, she was hired. Well, "new" manager, you didn't hire the other employees either. You inherited them all of them. You have demonstrated how...
Read moreI am so frustrated with the timeliness and responses from the staff at this restaurant. The whole motto of Jimmy Johns is supposed to be freaky fast and yet, I have waited more than once for a delivery that was over an hour late. When I have called, the only response I ever get is an "they should be there soon". Well that doesn't do me much good when I have ordered purposefully during that time period to eat my lunch on my lunch break. Besides the multiple times my order has been incredibly late, the two times I have ordered a drink, they forgot it and had to return with it way later. Here is my advice-do not allow people to order for specific delivery times if it is not actually possible to make those delivery times, improve customer service when customers are actually displeased, and change your motto because this store clearly cannot back that up. On a positive note, the drivers are always pleasant and besides the fact that my bread tends to be on the soggy side due to sitting in a car for an hour, the sandwiches are...
Read moreWorst sandwich… EVER! First I had to order a specialty sandwich to get it heated, OK. I substituted avocado for bacon, which cost less in value and they never put it on the sandwich!!! This was the flattest sandwich I’ve ever had! I thought the Subway Sandwich I ordered through the pickup line was bad but it looked amazing compared to this one. I also made a mistake because I wanted to go to FireHouse and was coming out of Starbucks and just noticed the red on the building and pulled in. It was too late to get out of the line… so we ordered. They didn’t have any of the sandwiches my mom, who has dementia wanted. None of the toppings the other sandwich places had… just a huge disappointment. I will never go there again! $25 for two sandwiches, that should of fed us two meals… such a joke and they were just the...
