Food is pretty good - the rest of the experience has been reliably bad. Today I placed an order over the phone and was told 20min. Great, I avoided the wait! Except when arriving to pick it up I was told it hadn't even been started yet and would be another 20 minutes "at least". "Do you still want it?" was the only response from either guy working. I don't expect anyone to bend over backwards apologizing for some delayed takeout - but an acknowledgment of the poor customer experience would go a long way. They could not have cared less - so I won't be back.

They're also often not open during even their normal limited hours they post. So make sure to call ahead - and even then- cross your fingers...

Wow! The food is absolutely great, you can tell care and consideration went into this. This is NOT just another sub-par Mediterranean cart with a pre-made menu serving up processed crap. Their lamb was roasted, not ground and tender! Their hot sauce is also the best I've ever had from a Mediterranean joint.

The employee was also friendly, knowledgeable and totally willing to chat about the ingredients to help me avoid an allergy exposure.

After trying this, I don't know why anyone in town goes to the Cypress for their gyro fix. Omar's has my...

Had a great Lamb Gyro, and unlike a lot of gyro places these days it was not drowning in that odd spicy garlic sauce that has become popular. The lamb was well seasoned chunks, and not shaved off a big turning spit. Not a down side, as the lamb was well cooked and great.
