EDIT: I have changed my rating to 4 stars. My last review is from 2 years ago. Dominos is the nearest place to me for cheap and fast pizza and within the last year, I've frequented this place quite a bit. They have definitely upped their game. I usually order delivery, sometimes takeout and I pick it up from the drive through window. The pizza is always done QUICK and I always get it hot and fast (even delivery). I love that I can order from the app and get notifications for when it's ready or even on the way. This place has been my go to lately. Employees are super nice, no rude run ins after that encounter. Please keep thing consistent!
I order from this place all the time. Today is my last day. I placed an order over the phone for carry out and somehow they didn't put it through. We waited for the pizza. Then went in and were told there wasn't an order. And we possibly called the wrong location. Or it was put in as a delivery. Anyway, they were confused and no one gave a damn. My husband was inside and I was in the car. So I called and spoke with them about this seemingly imaginary order and told them the exact time I called, which they had a record of. Again. They didn't give a damn. My husband spoke to the manager at first and then the guy disappeared. I asked if they were gonna do anything about it because we've been waiting for a half hour now. Nothing. Totally careless. Never again. Thank you for your disgusting customer service, I know there are better places to get my pizza. The girl I talked to at the very end was RUDE. The mistake was on their end and they failed to satisfy their customer. F for customer service. At least lure me in with a discount for my future order (but I promise there won't be) if you're not gonna compensate...
Read moreI'm usually a very loyal Domino's member but my last order was messed up not once, but twice in the span of twenty minutes with no real attempt at an apology or something to make up for the error. The first time they gave me the wrong pizza which isn't the end of the world. I called this location and they said they would they would fix me a new pizza, barely an apology and nothing more to make up for their mistake. I drive over and wait in front of the store until someone exits the store and delivers a pizza to the person in front of me. After about a minute the person they just delivered the pizza to leaves their car to talk to someone in the store when another employee walked out at the same time. It turned out they delivered my pizza to this person by mistake and were about to hand me this man's pizza instead. Despite making this same mistake less than ten minutes ago, they made this mistake again. The man and your employee swapped pizzas and I got my pizza after witnessing the complete mess up on your staff's part. Even after your employee saw that I witnessed the mistake I still didn't get an apology and I wasn't even offered anything at all for messing up my order twice! Frankly, after this experience I will not be coming back to this location any time soon and next time when I am ordering pizza I may have to reconsider where I'm ordering it from instead of my usual of Domino's. I'm not upset that a mistake was made, I'm irritated by the fact that the same mistake was made twice and I barely received an apology and I never received anything to make up for the mistake. Read moreNeither their local manager who I spoke to nor their corporate customer service people understand the gravity of having my privacy violated by a pizza delivery person the first time I order from this location and the first week I move into my new home. The local response was, "I guarantee he meant no harm" which immediately downplays and belittles my concerns. The corprate response was to tell me they will tell the manager who just dismissed me. This man was not only odd at the door, but then texted me, and tried to call me after leaving my home that night. I will never order delivery from this location again, and I won't ever suggest this company for any of my events or gathering again either. Sadly I like the food, but customer service and behavior of your employee(s) have sealed my decision. I do not trust that he is not "around" or is not harmful because of the words he said that keep playing in my head, and of course now I've told in him, so there's that.
