Please go to different Pizza Hut!!!! Or Samâs club or papa Johnâs They made my pizza so dry and Iâve ordered thru them for years okay peopleâŚ. YEARS and when I make a remark, the dude with glasses and beard says old me he could remake them or refund. I asked about the refund and he said they do it thru HR, but he couldnât give me confirmation after they took my money. I told them to remake it because the dude with glasses with the first letter name C, said itâll be days u til the refund and there is no confirmation. After I agreed he told me 15 minutes, he came out with one pizza after I freaking opened them all and tried to argue me down about what I said after I told him the girl after me her pepperoni pizza as juicy not dry. And he kept saying one.
Please please please donât let men do women job or at least get men with customer service skills. This dude laughed at my face because I told him all 3 and he said I said one . SIR HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME WHAT I WAS FRUSTRATED FOR. I been at this location for more than 10 years. Unhappy with this place not going back. I donât know if Iâll get refund, but they need to hire people with common sense. The ppl they have atm they need man jobs and be away from the public.

Left the food because I will not give money to someone who does not appreciate the business they get from people working their jobs knowing we donât have to and wonât.

Havenât received refund for the burnt pizza and the one remake that the guy wanted to remake. Havenât received no phone call but everytime I call the guy answers and tells me HR handles refund. But he canât give me no type of document or email for them. Itâs been a month since they havenât refunded me my 43 dollars. Iâve been robbed at this point

   Read moreI am quite annoyed right now. I ordered a pan pizza and a hand tossed pizza. I am attaching a picture of slices of the 2 side by side...they are the exact same thickness. I paid extra for one to be a pan pizza so i called and complained. The person to whom i complained basically called me a liar and said we DID get a pan pizza...i am looking at it and it is the exact crust as the hand tossed crust. He refused to give me a refund or even a store credit for the $1 and said the only thing he would do is remake it. We wanted the pan pizza which is why we ordered it and paid extra. We wanted both our pizzas to be hot and edible at the same time...not having to either have some people get to eat while other wait or having the pizza that was made right have to be cold by the time we go back. We were perfectly willing to take a $1 credit. We should not have to be doubly inconvenienced for their error.
To make it worse, whoever cuts the pizza at this location is a complete moron. We ordered pizzas that were half and half. Who does not think it would make sense to cut the pizza in such a way as to divide the two different halves? They literally cut the pizza where slices on both sides of the center cut were half and half.
Worst customer service EVER. These idiots need to be properly trained both in how to slice a pizza and how to provide decent customer service.
According to the manager at this location, pan pizzas are supposed to be a THINNER crust than hand tossed. Nevermind the description on the website...or the fact that i was a Pizza Hut assistant manager 20...

Over the last month and a half weâve ordered carry out twice and they left us standing in the lobby for over 10 minutes without saying a word to us. If youâre thinking that they probably didnât know we were there; donât waste your optimism on these jokers, there is a bell on the door and they can see you. Now tonight we decide to order delivery because at least we wonât be stuck in the lobby where the employees are oozing with disgust for you and their jobs.
