Great store and here is why: I received personal service on a difficult project. Patient and detail orientated for a project that needed a lot of time. Yasir was kind and professional in taking care of fragile papers (letters over 80 years old from WWII written from the Arizona). He made sure every word was readable and helped me sort the originals and copies back into numerous folders. During this time the other employees worked hard to make sure other clients weren't impacted by my taking Yasir's time. No one seemed perturbed by my big project.
I should have written a review about this location before because I mail all my business and personal needs from here, have had papers notarized and since fax machines are hardly used nowdays, have had materials faxed as well.
Last year they measured an object that I was planning to send and gave me as estimate as well helping me determine how to transport it.

I have done this before at this location and just been charged 15cents. Today however, I was directed to use the usb on the computer with my usb. I did as directed and grabbed the printed label where the associate assisted me getting the label on the package. I was a happy camper until I got the bill. Instead of 15 cents for the single copy I was charged an additional $1 for email. I didn't use my email. I had my usb , that in the past I connected to the actual printer. I had no need to use their computer and nor did I use my email. No where in the store did it mention the $1 charge for EMAIL? I paid it and went to my car but I quickly went back into the store to complain again. I spoke to the manager who spoke to their manager and I received a refund. I won't...

I just walked in today and there is a BIG change here. It was like walking into a wake at your local funeral home. There are new owners. They have completely different, unsmiling, unfriendly looking personnel. They have taken things off of the walls, without putting new things there and the place already looks like a dump. I am so SAD. I asked them "was there an ownership change here?" I received just a little smirk from the main GROUCH, as he glanced at one of the other employees. No answer from anyone. He had a chance to try and assure me that this was going to be a positive change. You only get one chance for a first impression, right? I can tell by the bad communication, it is not to be so.
