ROACHES & UNCLEAN EQUIPMENT. Despite how long orders take to get made and how very little taken care of this store is, I have returned various times and visit this location almost daily. I understand this store gets very busy but many times the wait time for a MOBILE order is ridiculous. They also fail to update out of stock items often on the app. Meaning that if you pay for extra add ons on a mobile order, you don’t get refunded if you arrive at the store and the item is out of stock. Yesterday, I visited the store and made my way to work when I noticed a very bad smell on the lid of my drink and the drink tasted very off. I had to throw it away and thought maybe it was a bad batch. This morning I returned for my usual drink once again to give them another chance. The same drink tasted and smelled HORRIBLE this time! I come to find out a friend visited this location as well recently and saw ROACHES crawling around. The taste in my drink makes sense now and I will not be returning to this location. Read moreIt was a disappointing experience for my husbands first time trying star bucks. All he wanted was a French vanilla cappuccino and sad to say, it was disgusting. He didn't enjoy it whatsoever. I dont know if it was the girl who made it but my strawberry frappuccino tasted watered down too. He said "it tastes like hot water. The ones I get at shell gas station taste better than this. It has no flavor at all. What a waste of money." And i think he's right. It tastes like it needs more sugar or something but it tastes nothing like the drinks I've had before. Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ..STAY AWAY!!!.Idecided for Father's day I would treat my husband to Starbucks for breakfast sandwiches. There was a long line in the drive thru, which I expected. It was mY turn to order I order 4 sandwiches. The girl placing the order informed me there are no sandwiches. I waited in line fir 10 min, then had to wait in line another 10 min to get out of line. Once I reached to drive thru window there was 3 workers that met me. Everyone except for the girl that took order which was sandra. I asked for the manager and this young lady name daisy took over the conversation. She was trying to explain why there wasn't any sandwiches to sell. I was advised that there is a shortage of food. My advise to them was to put a sign on the menu stating that they won't have certain items on menu. Daisy kept interrupting me and when I got the chance to speak, she put her hand up and slammed the window on us. She is very rough around the edges and intimidating.. She should not be representing Starbucks.
