If I could just give the drive through lady a big fat one star I would. My wife and I went to the Mebane location Biscuitville this morning around 7 AM and my wife had ordered a chicken biscuit add honey on it and I had ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit shelled scrambled biscuit with a large cup of water. After paying for our order which cost almost $12 for two biscuits and a large cup of water, we drive around to the drive-through window and the people hand us a clear cup of water, and then proceeded to argue with me stating that we donât get the 32 ounce Styrofoam cup of water because we ordered a large water, not a large cup of water we got charged for said water and after opening up our bag of food they did not place the honey on my wifeâs biscuit. They just tossed honey packets into my bag, which is not the same as honey on my biscuit. My wife goes inside and ask for honey on my biscuit. The people at the window proceeded to argue saying that it wasnât rung up that way for honey to be on my biscuit and that it was the drive-through personâs fault. Iâm sorry youâre a team you shouldnât be throwing your own team members under the bus like that granted the lady at the front register was very sweet and very kind and very apologetic for her coworkers and put honey on my biscuit and then when I went back outside, I was on the phone with the assistant manager of another store and location in Burlington and was told that a large cup of water if charged 50 Cent for it, we are supposed to get the 32 ounce Styrofoam cup for our water and so we drove back to the drive-through guy that took our order because they also neglected to give us a receipt at the window and he told us that he had charged us the $.50 for the water so my wife walked back into the store asked the front register person for a large cup because we had paid for it and then the people at the window proceeded to argue again and say no you donât get that cup. Youâre stealing that water from us youâre stealing that cup. Why are you arguing with the customer when we actually paid for it but you know we have no receipt to actually show that we paid for it other than the fact that our two biscuits and a large cup of water costed us $12.
My wife and I have been going to biscuitville for years all around the state. Never had this bad of an experience. I even worked at biscuitville for two years and my whole family still works for...
Read moreIf you want to witness pure stupidity please visit this location. I went this morning at 7:45am with plans of going through the drive thru to get breakfast. I pulled in from the CVS side and the line was backed up to the road almost. I thought this was quite odd as I had just observed the drive thru lanes almost empty. I waited for probably 5-7 minutes and finally got to the front of the building where I could see both lanes. All the cars were backed up in the left lane and nobody in the right lane so I entered that lane and went to the menu to order. I sat there for probably 3 minutes without anyone talking to me on the speaker. I then had a nice gentleman pull up beside me and inform me of the stores stupidity. He let me know that they were only taking orders outside and ONLY in the left lane(He also mentioned that he had already complained about this to the GM but I guess they don't care). You would think the right lane would be blocked off with cones right? To make things worse, the employee taking orders outside is literally standing at the door to enter the building. By doing this they are causing the singular lane to back up the entire parking lot of their business rather than utilizing the nice long lanes they paid to install not too long ago. If the employee would simply stand at the menu it would allow many more cars to fit without screwing up their entire parking lot. After being ignored at the menu I just left and went to another restaurant and gave them my...
Read moreDonât like writing bad reviews, but this needs to be said so that you guys can do better from here on out.
The first gentlemen that took the order looked like he didnât even want to be there. After getting off his phone, the approach he gave was a bit unprofessional throughout the entire order process. Donât think I would want to place my order with him, if I come back, just being honest.
The last lady that gave out the order seemed to be annoyed or bothered. The attitude I got asking for one extra condiment, (that they forgot to put inside the bag), was terrible. Even overhearing how she talk to the young men outside was a bit disturbing.
Lastly the food. The biscuits were nowhere near of the quality I asked for. I wanted dark brown biscuits and got light brown. Parts of the biscuit taste as if it wasnât baked/cooked thoroughly. The biscuit was falling apart. Looks like it was just thrown together and not well prepared. The Raspberry swirl was awful. This is actually the second time Iâve gotten it and it was nasty. First time Iâve gotten an overcooked one. This time there was no frosting at all, and it was undercooked. I was upset that I had to throw the entire Raspberry swirl away. Never have I had to throw one away. I really do like Raspberry swirls.
With that being said, I hope you guys do a better job with your...
