Horrible experience! I called in to order 2 medium pizza's, firstly I could tell the lady was new bc she was speaking INCREDIBLY SLOW thats ok, everyone has to start somewhere i was fine with her being new then she gave me a total of $24! I knew my total should be around $16 even with all the extras i was going to pay for...I got off the phone to consult the website to ensure my total...once i was sure of the total i called back and this time spoke to a diffrent representative (thank goodness) i ordered my food the exact same way and got a correct total of around $15. Hurray dinner is ordered!!....my husband goes to pick it up. THEY NEVER GOT IT....I ensured that i was placing an order for the mebane location TWICE while on the phone with both representatives bc i also work in the restaurant bussiness and i deal with the issue of multiple locations. So now dear hubby is extreamly hangry! I call back and speak with ANOTHER representative "ma'am we dont have any record of your number in our system" ummm not my fault well i called it in 15 minutes ago?! "Today???, bc we have no record of your number today?" STILL not my problem!!!. I had to re-order and then call hubby back and tell him it would be another 30 minutes!! By now we are ALL hangry!! On top of all this no one even cared that we have now been waiting an hour and a half for 2 pizzas, and all the kids are "starving" and cranky . They continued to think i never placed the order! No worries I usually buy from Dominos and will in the future, Pizza Hut has got to be driving up the bussiness of every other pizza...

This time the app didn't work, then apple pay didn't work (neither the fault of this store), so I ordered through the website. They've got a fancy TV screen showing names and order status. It was 1630, my pizza was going to be ready at 1625, but I knew it wasn't ready because above me were names with "READY" next to them. As time went by my name never went to READY, but vanished from the list entirely. At 1645 they asked "are you Ben?" but nothing came from my affirmative response. A bit after they asked again with the extra news that my pizza was ready. Weary, but mildly excited I made it clear I was looking forward to my Pan pizza - but I opened the box and that's not what was there. "This is a Pan?" "It's a hand tossed, you ordered a Pan?" "Yes (this had already been established)". "Did you order online?" "Yes (similarly established)", "Oh, that's the problem then." No apology, not for the delay, not for the wrong pizza - instead the suggestion that ordering online leads them to make the wrong thing. Astonishing. Read moreWe tried to order pizza for our daughters birthday party for delivery. When you call the local number to place an order, you are routed to a central location, not the local store. Luckily we ordered early in the day. I had to run out, so I stopped at the local store to verify the order. I was told they could not find our address. We are in the Mill Creek subdivision. The manager said he is not from Mebane and therefore did not know where Mill Creek was and would not be able to deliver the pizza. He also said they will only deliver within a 5 mile radius. Mill Creek is less than 5 miles from the store. He showed no concern about the possibility of losing the order (6 pizzas total).
