Dunkin' — Restaurant in Medford

This is my 3rd time going to this DD snd the manager is horrible... He is disrespectful to his employees, one in particular has dome tupe of disability and she was tryong to get a customers order.. hw kept asking her, "what are you doing? No ill do that move" then gave her a cup to make coffee. She just looked at me and o gave her a little smile He's working the register, handling money & taking g order's...putting his hands on the top of the cups...VERY UNSANITARY. 3.I ORDERED A BAGEL TWIST HEATED, HE TELLS ME NO THEY ARE FRESH, IT DOESN'T NEEF YO BE HEATED.I said, i would like it heated and of course he reapted me and wirh an attitude he grabbed it and sat it onto of a paper bag....VERY UNSANITARY. 4.I adked for a chocolate chip muffin wrapped in the paper... He grabs the muffin ans drops it in y he bag witjout the paper... Then he tried to rush me off...Each time I have visited tjis location, thw managermanager is always rude and rushes the customer. I.e. you order coffee Mgr: you done Customer: no Mgr: what doyou want Tjis continues until you say thats all He is going to cause tjis location to lose businessand I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.. I WILL ALSO POST THIS ON A bad business complaint for mgrs and stores...

I feel like I need to leave a review today because of how above and beyond Steven went for me. I went to Wellington fellsway plaza first and I got a iced caramel crazy latte and it was just milk, caramel and whipped cream no espresso. I asked the guy at fellsway to remake it and he said no. I came to this location and Steven looked at the drink and said I’m so sorry on behalf of that location and remade it for me. He even asked me if it liked it when I took my first sip. This Dunkin shop has been my favorite for years, but recently something had changed. On lazy Sunday mornings I will take a run to this Dunkin for bacon egg and cheese croissants. Recently, last few months, the croissants are so stale and dry that the fall apart in your hand. And there is musty taste as well. Of course, we trash the sandwiches. I'm sad as this Dunkin was my go to, they never screwed up my orders and food was good. So, one star as this has occurred one time to many. I can only believe management is aware of what they are serving to...
