Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Medford

I have been visiting the Starbucks at Cosmopolitan on Las Vegas Blvd now for over a year. I could not be more pleased with the wonderful customer service from all their staff. They are friendly, fast, accurate and always have the answers to any questions I may have regarding their products. A great experience each visit! I personally love Starbucks! I don’t usually get it that often but when I do I always get the same thing. I get a caramel frappe. Now here is the thing when you go to certain Starbucks locations. I usually go to the same one every time so they know my order, but when I go to a more convenient one for a quick drink ! The staff is incredibly friendly & helpful, making an effort to know everybody & how they like their purchases. They are fast especially with the mobile orders. I like Starbucks. Their restaurants are clean, quiet and the selection of coffee, tea, and food items is good. They are a bit pricey so I don't make going there a daily habit, but when I do...

This is my favorite and usual location, I come almost every day because I normally love the accuracy and customer service. Today however I went through the drive-thru and was shocked. We ordered our frappes almost immediately and the response we were met with was "I can take your order when you're done looking at your phone". The orderer in the drivers seat was not on her phone, I was in the passenger seat. This was rude and irrelevant. We continued to order again. We specified that our frappes are all made with coffee, because yes you can even check in the menu there are 2 types of frappes, coffee and creme ones. We were then lectured that "All of the frappes are made with coffee you don't need to say that".. Both statements were rude and incorrect. Our drinks all tasted amazing, but the behavior was...

This is my favorite Starbucks the people here are wonderful and super nice but specifically CARLY and TIM have been amazing Carly was totally understanding of the drink I ordered when I had messed up today so she gave them both to me for free and also yesterday I didn't like my drink as much so she made it free for me she is truly amazing I wish there was more people like her ! The customer service is awesome everyone there is just great ! Tim is super nice and funny and that's one thing I love when I go anywhere to order something nice funny and awesome people !
