Jamba — Restaurant in Medford

It’s new in town so I had to go check it out ,here’s what I think …. Yummy my smoothie was delicious! I got the razzmatazz I think I’d definitely get it again 🤤 It was super busy when I got there and the staff was working hard to get people taken care of and out the door , they were doing a Great job my wait was minimal surprisingly. The staff was really polite & you can tell they like their jobs so obviously they must take care of them seems rare in this day and age . I’m huge about parking & the Parking was nice cause they have an overhang on the building so your car stays cool in the shade while getting food . They also have parking for bigger vehicles so that’s nice when you drive a tow truck like me or a work truck and trailer . But they do have a drive through as well so that’s really nice 👍 They have some out door seating in the shade so that’s nice 😊 I also got a pretzel to complete the experience even tho I normally wouldn’t order one . I been to auntie Anne’s pretzels before on the east coast before & didn’t love it but Surprisingly it’s was super fresh ,soft to the touch & the butter they use was super yummy 🤤 and actually filling . This is a great place for a quick mellow lunch especially for a chain restaurant I’ll definitely go back for a smoothie...

If you want Jamba, you are better off going to the one over by a Trader Joe's! The amount of time it takes them to take you order, pay, and get you your smoothie is the equivalent of driving to the other one, ordering in store, getting the smoothie, and then driving all the way back to this one and you will probably still be at them. I would almost bet money on everyone that works there to be "in training." If you want to be trained by someone who knows what they are doing and can turn 10 orders in 5 minutes; drive your employees up to the South Salem Jamba. One of the girls has worked there for like 10 years and she does the morning shift all by herself while doing mobile and in person orders.

Note to self, avoid this specific location...

First time trying this place, no one in the drive thru but me. Got a 2 smoothies and pizza pretzels. We got the smoothies within a few minutes but then we waited 30 minutes for just the pizza pretzels and that would've been fine because means they should be fresh, but we got home (15 minutes away) and discovered they were super burnt. Even the pepperoni was burnt. Super disappointing and they knew before serving that they were burnt but...
