Pinky's Famous Pizza — Restaurant in Medford

The worse customer service ever! I called and ordered food for delivery for my daughter and when the delivery Guy came my mother handed him the exact amount of money for the food . He threw the money back into her face literally and said this isn’t enough. My daughter came up stair crying because of what she just experienced and she is only 6 years old . I called the store to resolve the problem I believe it was the same guy he picked up and hung up in my face and I wasn’t even rude . I should have known when ever I drive by I never see anyone here ever. I just moved back to the area and my acquaintance once owned the place and I was told the food was the same. I went in today asking for a Turkey Club wrap with honey mustard. I got a Wrap with only Turkey and only honey mustard. I guess they ran out of bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes. I am pretty bummed. Food is great and I don't mind the prices being a bit high, but it shouldn't take over an hour to get a burger on a Tuesday night when they aren't even busy. Had to give my dasher an extra tip for how long he waited. Ridiculous
