I have been going to this DD for almost 6 years on and off but today was different. I ordered a green tea and the tea I had did not look as such so I asked. So they all look at me and the manage I think proceeded to say we did not have any but it was not clear so I asked “you said you guys were out?” The woman who is always there than turns around and say in an attitude “ we do not have green tea that’s why we gave you black tea” my reaction was shocked working in customer service this not the was to handle the situation tour job is to accommodate me because you did not have what I order. Usually this place is fine but I'm not happy with their covid response. They say curbside pickup and there was an issue with the app. We tried 2 different apps on 2 phones with 2 separate DD accounts and it wouldn't let us order. They couldn't do phone orders so I had to go in to order. They have 2 doors which aren't open even on a nice day so you have to grab the handles. I didn't feel entirely safe even though they do have plexiglass, but I'm probably in the minority. In normal times they're fine at this location but I'm not feeling the covid...

Ok so I've been going here for 3 years since it's on my way into work. I drink lattes not coffee. This place stinks for several reasons. First they are inconsistent. I've had many lattes that are cold and have to be remade & that's when I realize it before I leave. They let my cup sit on the machine while they complete other orders behind me causing me to speak up repeadily. After 4 pm there's only 1 person working so 10 minutes waiting is common.
