Asian Grill — Restaurant in Medina

We order from here often and honestly the food can be good BUT they regularly forget items when you order for delivery and are unwilling to do anything to make up for their mistakes. Delivery time is ridiculously varied, anywhere from 15min-75min, so sometimes the food is cold. The worst is they have a child answering the phone who has no idea how to handle people calling about mistakes. Once I asked for them to include a $3 appetizer for free because they forgot half my order and told me it would take over half an hour to deliver the rest of the order and I could hear the child ask his mother who then screamed in the background (obviously in Chinese, which I do not speak, but it was clearly angry in tone) and I was told they were "out of" what I requested. I would bet my paycheck they were not out of the item. Horrible service all around. Especially considering how often we were ordering from them but no more. They have lost us as customers...

Food was ordered at 5:28pm. Website said delivery ETA was 5:58pm. I received a text at 6:19pm that food was to be delivered at 6:29pm. Then I received a text at 6:54pm that the driver was approaching. I had specified I was giving a cash tip but the driver just left the food on the snowy porch, didn't ring the doorbell or knock (and I hadn't asked for contactless delivery) at 6:56pm. We didn't see it until 7:18pm, at which point food was cold and our fried rice was missing. A long wait doesn't necessarily bother me, but it does when it's over an hour after the stated time, and that's not even counting the additional time our food sat getting cold since we had literally no confirmation it had been delivered. I have ordered here a few times, the food is usually okay, but there's much better options in medina. The service is AWFUL. I've ordered delivery from them and they forget to bring things, and it takes almost an hour. Once they forgot egg rolls, and when we called they said they were "too busy" to get us them, and wouldn't give a refund for them. When they forgot our dumplings, they said "how do we know you're not lying" and hung up on me, and when I called back and said they hung up on me, they said "yeah, what do you want" and then told me I'd have to come to the restaurant and pick them up, and when I got there and expressed we were unhappy with the way she treated me on the phone, she said she never said that and that it must have been her son I talked to (unlikely, but it shouldn't matter who it was, still...
