Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Medina

Ordered supreme deep dish. Asked girl at counter if the $19 price was correct and she said yes. Got home and my wife took a bite and spit it out... All dough in the middle. Called and discussed issue and they said they'd remake it. No apology or concern about their error. I drove back up to pick up remade pizza and little concern or care that I had to come back up for their error. Asked 2nd girl if $19 price was correct and she said yes and I responded that it's $16 on website... She said, "oh really, " as she handed me my pizza and took the bad one said to have a good night. You would think they would have offered up a dessert or bread sticks or something for the trouble or at least given me my $3 back but none of that happened. Customer service is no longer taught apparently. Like they're doing me a favor giving me my $20 single pizza! I'll get my $20 pizzas from Antonio's from now on since that's crazy pricing from what used to be the best value in pizza.... Time's are...

Wow, we had the best pizzas and crazy bread from Little Caesars we have ever had tonight. It has been a long time since we ordered Little Caesars because of one too many bad experiences. My kids love it but it wasn't worth the headache. We caved in and ordered it tonight and we are so glad we did. Whoever was making the pizza tonight deserves recognition. They hit it out of the park tonight!!! We ordered the pepperoni pretzel stuffed crust... O..M..G!!! The cheese and pepperoni were perfectly toasted accompanied with the salted stuffed crust melty cheese perfection was definitely a crowd pleaser. We saw they were short staffed tonight but that did not stop them from making outstanding pizzas. Thank you for a great dinner, everyone enjoyed it!!! Your hard work is definitely...

As in any Lutyle Caesars, the price is cheap but it is Little Caesars Pizza. The crew in Medina do an okay job. They girls at night time are super polite. I ordered a stuffed crust online and they were training a new girl and she did a regular pizza crust. The girl running the show did what she thought was right to make me happy. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes. To me, it didnt matter. I didnt even make a fuss about it and didnt even care. She still insisted she needed to make things right. They are a good crew. Only a 4 star because it is Little Caesars Pizza. They didnt do anything wrong but I dont want to give it a 5 star to compare to pizza joints that make...
