As my first time at this pulp I was very turned off by the lady who made my food.after seeing her touch a lot of things other than my food that was clearly dirty or just not cleaned properly i asked that she chang her gloves before continuing making my wrap and i told her why and she threw the tomatoes that was going on my wrap back in the container with an attitude and I explained that I wasn't trying to ruffled any feathers or to offend her but I am the one eating that wrap and dnt want to get sick or anything worse by unsanitary things being touched while she is making my wrap and her reason for having an attitude was because of all that she had to do in the store by herself and I simply said that is no reason to act like that especially whole making my food ,nevertheless I will never go there again...safety food servis gloves are there to protect the customer from any and all possible things that's bad and for her not to understand that or where I was coming from telling her what was real that says something about that person and the company...
Read moreNormally when I go here, it is a good experience. However, today, July 28, 2025, I placed an order for pickup. Online it said it would be ready in 7 minutes. So I rush over to make sure my stuff isn't cold/melted before picking it up.
The worker there said "we have all these people who are waiting so it's going to be long." I ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes.
I also put a note on my drink that I can't have banana. The drink didn't come with banana, but I wanted to make sure they knew I CANNOT have banana. She proceeded to tell me "I can't promise there won't be trace amounts of banana or even a little bit." Umm. Excuse me? To have a license and certification to have a kitchen and provide food services you have to be trained on how to not cross contaminate. They also have peanut butter in there. So how can they not have a process to NOT cross contaminate?

Read moreI used to get a smoothie pretty much every day but I rarely go to this location anymore because there only seems to be one person that works there that makes the smoothie correctly…the other times when this particular employee doesn’t make it the smoothies taste terrible. Also it’s happened to me a few times at this location that they fill the cup too full so when I put the straw in the smoothies runs down the sides and makes a horrible sticky mess. Also some of the employees aren’t friendly at all!! I went thru the drive thru and the girl working there literally didn’t say anything to me accept to tell me how much it cost…when she handed me back my debit card I said thank you and she just closed the window and the when she handed me my smoothie I said thank you have a good night and again she said nothing and just closed the window!!!...
