This evening I ordered two sandwiches and it took between 1.5 and 2 hours to come. I called in twice while waiting because it’s Jimmy John’s and it shouldn’t take that long, lol. I was informed they only have one driver, however when my food was dropped off no one rang my doorbell or texted/called to say it arrived and during my last call before checking outside the door I was condescendingly told the driver texted me (they didn’t). I understand what it’s like to work a thankless job and not get paid as much as you deserve but at the same time I was polite when calling and it shouldn’t take two hours to get cold sandwiches, lol. The owners should hire more people to help their staff out and pay them more to attract people. But also maybe the staff shouldn’t treat me like a loser for wondering where my food is when it’s...
I've had two negative experiences with this Jimmy John's. The first time, I ordered online and waited for my delivery for about an hour. I called and was told it would be about 15 more minutes. After another phone call to check, I was told one of the delivery drivers quit mid-shift. After a third phone call, I cancelled everything since we were going on 2 hours from my initial order time. The manager I spoke with told me that she was going to refund the money (I never received the refund), and give me a $12 credit on our account. She told me all we needed to do was order from this same phone number.
We just tried to place another delivery order, figuring we'd use the credit while we had it, and first had to argue that this actually happened and that we should have been credited, and then were told that the credit couldn't be used on deliveries. Read moreBeen a regular for over 10 years now. The food is good - better than Subway in my opinion - if not a hell of a lot more expensive. Orders are wrong 60% of the time. Some current drivers that have been there for at least 2-3 years are EXTREMELY rude - demanding tips, backtalking, writing rude notes on reciepts, not waiting for you to answer your door after a SECOND of knocking and just leaving - and no one seems to do anything about it. I'd order from another one if I could.
Woman on the phone argued a ton about "me always complaining". Demanded proof we didn't get the correct item and hung up while on the phone, wouldn't answer when attempting to call back. Also lied to us about who made the sandwich and that she was "never fixing my order" again. Changing review to add this information and lower my star rating, because nothing is being done.
