Great place. Great people. I love the look inside. We've only gone during the week in the evenings so it's been quieter. There's a good number of seats for the size of the restaurant so I'm sure lots of options to dine in, even on the weekends. The bathrooms are spotless and wheelchair friendly with their size.
But really the best part is the food. The candied pork belly is beyond belief delicious. My husband got it in a sandwich and said that's perfect with the bread and everything that comes with it. But we also got it straight and just ate it straight out of a container and it was fabulous. The ribs are so good. Everything is so tender there. It's just fall off of the bone. Nothing's over dry. You would think with all the process it goes through and if it's there throughout a lot of the day that possibly it would get dry but we've never had anything but moist meat.
There are like 6 to 8 sauce options. They are kind enough to leave little cups out so you can sample all of them. My husband and I have both developed our favorites and different sauces. Taste better with different cuts we think. And if you get it to go you can pick whatever sauces you like. So learn your favorite so it's easy to order online.
My family are apparently cornbread purests. They didn't like it with the onions in it, but there are still so many options that it's not a big deal. There's a ton of delicious sides to choose from. My favorite are the sweet potatoes. As someone who is gluten-free, it is really nice that there are many options. I can eat any of the meats and any of the sausage. I just have to stay away from the sides that obviously contain gluten. But I can easily get a full meal so I am never left wanting.
Highly...

As a Texas Native and avid back-yard barbequer and barbecue lover, I can confidently say that Swine BBQ is the real deal. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive customer service. The staff went out of their way to make sure my wife and I had a great walk-in dining experience, which is always appreciated.
But of course, the true test of any barbecue joint is in the meat. And let me tell you, the pitmaster at Swine BBQ knows their stuff. The brisket was sliced to perfection, just the way I like it. But what really blew me away were the collard greens - they were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. And don't even get me started on the buttermilk pie - it was hands down the best I've ever had.
Overall, I highly recommend Swine BBQ for anyone looking for delicious, authentic barbecue in Cleveland, Ohio. The combination of excellent customer service and mouth-watering meats make it a standout choice in the area. Don't miss out...
Read moreWe waited 5 minutes while 4 staff members walked around the kitchen looking at us without saying anything. A girl finally did apologize for the wait.
Maybe I'm spoiled because I lived in Memphis for a few years, but overall this was just ok... I really wanted to like this place.
I tried a half slab of ribs, pulled pork, turkey, and Mac and cheese. Everything was just ok and a little dry. Pork didn't have much flavor without the sauce. Turkey was dry. Ribs did NOT fall off the bone. I had to pull with more force than you want to and they were a bit tough. Ribs also have a brown sugar glaze so be ready for a sweet sugary flavor not so much smoked flavor. Super cheap slices of plain white bread. Mac and cheese was a bit dry and not very cheesy.
Other people with me agreed turkey was dry and said the Cole slaw wasn't very good.
A bit underwhelming. I probably...
