KFC — Restaurant in Medina

I usually go here quite often because of the good deals they have but I went in today though the drive through ordered a 5 dollars fill up with two extra crispy piece of chicken coke no ice. Easy enough total came out to 5.06 I pull around and she tells me 8.06 and I'm just greatly confused she corrected herself apologized and I understood I use to work in fast food hands me my food and drink and I park to eat. Open the chicken. Original recipe so i went inside said this was the wrong order they fixed it but didn't have any thighs in extra crispy asked if a wing or breast we're ok. I like dark meat so I said I guess wings which have no meat on them. I get back to my car to eat again go take a sip of soda and my head instantly hurts. Ice. My drink was full of ice. I was so disturbed by the way the supervisor lady yelled and belittled one of the employees. I didn't want to embarrass the poor girl anymore than she already was but I will be getting in contact with the manager. There is no excuse for the way she was treating her CO/worker. It seemed like the girl was a trainee but she was not being trained just verbally abused. It was obvious the girl was upset by the way she was shaking. It made me sick to my stomach to see someone treated that way. I don't care if they were busy or short handed. I will be going in more detail when I get a hold of management but besides that horrible scene, no gloves were worn by this lady. She was touching the register and handling money then going to the food, back and forth. We would have left but my daughter was ready to eat and we kind of felt like we should watch the lady for a bit. She continued to be unprofessional in everyway. If I could leave zero Stars I would. My husband and I came through on Monday November 8th and ordered a 20 piece tender meal for the our family. After finding multiple pieces of hair in the chicken tender breading, I called and expressed my concerns. They asked what I wanted and I said a refund. They wrote my name down and told me I could come in for a refund and when I did, they won't give it to me because we do not have the receipt. I offered a bank statement and our name which they should be able to look back in the records under the swipe. I can give the exact date time bank statement showing that we used our card at KFC but they refused to give me a refund. Instead they offered me more disgusting food which I refuse to eat any longer.
