I order from jimmy johns at least once a week probably for the last year, always to the same location. The address and name of the company are on the order. Today I got a phone call from a business in a totally different location saying my food had been delivered there instead of to me, and after passing it around to different people to learn who ordered it they realized it didn't belong there so they called the store to let them know. At this point the store sent the delivery driver back to that location to pick up the food and re-deliver it to me. Jimmy johns never informed me that the food had been passed around at another location by a unknown number of people. I learned that because the doctors office that it went to decided to call me and give me a heads up. The manager at the jimmy johns store told me, when I called asking why they decided to redeliver food that had been given to the wrong people, that it was in the bag and therefore hadn't been touched. This is unacceptable food safety when there isnt a global pandemic happening. Let alone right now with COVID.

Read moreI eat here frequently. Hayden is the best manager as he was quick to fix a mistake that was made. I keep forgetting to send a letter to his boss and the general manager. He has excellent costumer service and difused a situation that could have exculated when a mistake was made on the price of my order. He ensures that I receive a copy of the receipt that shows what I pay for and that his staff understands why it is important to me. I know I can be a bit of a pain about the receipt but I truly appreciate the understanding. It's a glitch with Jimmy John's practices that should be changed and not the fault of the one who rang me up that day. A sandwich with cheddar cheese was made with regular wheat bread and after it was made they then told my husband they didn'tgave wheat rolls.
