The customer service at this location is the worst. I don't know why I try and stop there. I think I hope it will get better. Last time through the drive through I asked if the foam on my cold brew could be a little extra thick and they rudely told me they are not allowed that they have a recipe and can't stray. I only wanted it extra foamy. For $7 a coffee, politely asking for a few extra seconds in the frother shouldn't be a big deal and isn't at any other Starbucks.
