Atlantis Diagnostics — Local services in Melbourne

Doctor office sent in a STAT order at 10:45, Atlantis was supposed to call me to schedule my ultrasound. 12:45 came around and I still hadn’t heard from Atlantis therefore, I called them. They said they never received the order. I called my doctor office and she said she sent it twice but she would send it again. 2:30 came around and I still didn’t hear from anyone. I called Atlantis again and they confirmed they had the order but now I couldn’t get in today, I could come in tomorrow. STAT order is supposed to be done within 4 hours of receiving the order. When my doctor office called Atlantis this morning at 9 something, they confirmed they would get me in today, in fact they were the only place that said they could accommodate. They dropped the ball, not calling me even after my doctor office called and I called to get this scheduled. They have no empathy or care in the world and definitely don’t even have work ethic, feels like you have to force them to...

Back in the diagnostic area, the woman administering the CT did not inspire confidence. The office is not well-marked and we had to walk around the big building looking for it.
