Wingstop — Restaurant in Melbourne

I placed an order through the wingstop website. I received a message that my order had been picked up and hand delivered to me through Door Dash, even tho I did not place my order through them. The link I was sent when the order was placed sent me tonthe Door Dash website and the link there told me I had to contact the store I ordered from to resolve the issue. When we finally got in touch with someone at the store, after MULTIPLE attempts, we were told that the driver had been there to pick it up and did not pick the order up, and that the order was still there. I was told they could not refund the order, even tho it was clearly not delivered as it was still sitting in their store. I was told that I had to contact the company that I placed the order through in order to get a refund through them, even though I placed the order through WINGSTOP and THEY contacted Door Dash for the delivery. I was also told I would have to contact my bank and report it as fraud because they were unable to assist in canceling and refunding my order. My other option was to go pick the food up myself. Which meant whomever "delivered" my food would still get the 25% tip I gave on food I NEVER received from someone I had not contacted to deliver in the first place. It was an $84.49 order. If I could give the service we received a negative 10 rating I most certainly would and I would 10/10 NOT recommend...

Waited an hour and a half for food to be ready, called to check on it before I drove up there, and was told it was gonna be another 30 minutes. I had a feeling they lost my order. I got there and was told “it’s being dropped right now” after I was already told it was being made over the phone. I waited another 30 minutes to be told it’s being boxed up, and AGAIN another 20 minutes for them to finally get my order. They forgot the sandwich, ran out of hot honey flavor for the sandwich and tenders and didn’t even bother to mention or ask if we wanted a different flavor. They took it upon themselves to make them all hot? And didn’t even add any flavor on the sandwich. All the food is cold, covered in grease, and they gave us garlic Parmesan sauce instead of ranch???? I know they are BRAND NEW but honestly this isn’t acceptable.

I’m obsessed with the turkey lake road Wing Stop in Orlando and was hoping our new location in Melbourne would meet at least half those expectations but I was mistaken. Hopefully in a few months things...

Placed order online, arrived to a line waiting and the employees didn’t even realize why we were in line and a bunch of orders sitting on the racks under online orders. I spoke up when they finally asked if the person in front was waiting for an order. We all were standing literally at the online order sign. One was standing waiting for new customers to come in, all of our food was ready in bags and no engagement from the staff on getting our food. The chicken is alot smaller than other locations too.

Update: been here 2 more times and they still don’t acknowledge the online pickup order line. They just ignore us and stare out the door waiting for new customers. I finally confronted her about avoiding us and was told there is just so many people standing around. I said no they are all against the wall and we are standing right at the front counter under the pickup sign and you’re helping others as they come in without even acknowledging us.
