All Star Hot Wings — Restaurant in Memphis

Food is great at this location but it is a no for me.. having lunch with a coworker and the owner daughter jumped in my convo like it was Geri was talking to.. telling me I need to take my hair down it’s old (jeep in mind I just got my hair done my hair curly asf and my styles don’t last two weeks) and just talking saying we was watching her she wanted to fight I support my black ppl but keep in mind I’m registered to have my piece and she was just going telling me to fight her.. my coworker just lost his mom trying to be respectful cause he was in a sad place.. she left out the security that was sitting 3 tables over said she’s the owner the cashier said I heard y’all arguing I went to the back cause I don’t want no parts smh I’m a regular customer my job is walking distance from you guys… she told the security she not the owner her family is and she just tried to argue with her as well (acknowledging the young girl was calling her auntie) when she finally left out the cashier spoke up even the cook said he had seen her stop and coff right at our table while I was getting my to go box we only looked at each other by the time I made it back to the table my I was getting a FaceTime call … this young girl really wanted to fight not knowing what predicament I was in.. she could’ve waited I have a 25-21&19 year old daughters that would’ve handle that or my 9 in my purse ppl better stop cause if she would’ve came to me like that earlier I would not been able to control my thoughts or my action girl chill I just lost my son.. and I have kids that are your age and older that’s gone come if I snap my finger this is why I don’t deal with black own businesses learn how to treat ppl.. and honestly she was so loud and crazy for no reason she just like the white kids like she felt privileged cause it’s her...

I'd like to begin by saying that I'm basically a garbage disposal, so it is very rare that I don't eat what's in front of me.

Now, my girl ordered our food online. When I got there, I gave the employee the name and said I had the order number. The employee then asked that I call her so she could give them a description of the person picking up the order, then show the confirmation number, then show my ID. Like... we aren't doing an arms exchange... it's a Philly and hot wings, why all this proof of identity?

So now we have the food. The sauces were hot. The top-secret wings my girlfriend ordered extra well done were very cold and soggy. She also didn't get the fries that she was uncharged for. My Philly, guarded like the US nuclear codes, which was supposed to be meat, cheese, and onion only, was cold and without cheese. The meat was terrible quality, the onions were steamed(?) and then put on a hot surface to burn. What about the bun? Glad you asked... it was not like in the pictures online. It was definitely cheap, and seeping with grease. I had to wash my hands three times as I added my own cheese and took a couple of bites.

I'm not, by any means, a picky eater. I also don't leave a lot of reviews. But my sweet girlfriend spend $35 on our dinner that wasn't worth $10, and I'm STARVING. So we will not be back and we will enjoy Taco Bell instead....

Went here after a security guard I met recommended grabbing some wings. He said that they had been open for 20 years and the wings were delicious. So, after checking out of my hotel I headed here for lunch. I decided to do a take out order and checked out their menu. I decided on a 10 piece wing order. Since it was my first time I wasn't sure about the sauces. I told this to the woman behind the counter and she was more than happy to help me. She called me "first timer" and told me that the regular hot would be my best choice, so I went with that. And I am so glad that I did! Rhe wings were large and so delicious. I like that they came with ranch, bread, and veggies. The only suggestion I have is to put these items in a separate bag as the wing sauce gets all over them. I ended up having to throw away the veggies and wipe down the ranch because this. The bread was okay, but it did taste a little like the sauce.

I love that the restaurant is so open with tons of tables and a few TVs, so you can relax and chill out while eating your wings. Also, All Star has a few daiquiri machines and the prices are not bad as well, so you can have some hot wings and a daiquiri to cool you off.

I think next time I will eat in and check...
