Arby's — Restaurant in Memphis

Update: I've gone back to this location's drive-thru twice more hoping i would get food between my 2 work shifts and both times have been epic fails. Tonight was the worst one because, I was once again stuck between 2 cars but,as i was asking the car behind me could i back up the car in front of me decided he was no longer going to wait after he told me he had been sitting over 10 minutes( yes i always ask the car ahead of me how long they've been waiting). I thought he would just pull off, so i drove behind him instead of backing up. Big mistake, he got to the window and flagged down a worker smh. I then sat in line behind him an additional 10 minutes while his food was prepared, and then i was finally able to pull off . If this location needs to be closed after 10, please close it, but don't continue to make the waiting customer think they will be able to place an order at a reasonable time if we will not. Let me note that this only happens in the drive-thru after 10 pm. I've gone inside and have had great service. Only late in the drive-thru is there a problem. There are not that many options late night and sometimes shifts become available midday after I've already had a break and am unable to get food for my late shift also a turkey sandwich is healthy than all the other fried alternatives. That's the reason I've continued to try this location, but I'm gonna throw in my white flag 🏳🏳 after this ordeal. I hope this problem gets resolved

I will admit that it has been a long time since I have visited this establishment. So much so that I asked for the potato cakes, and they no longer have those. Have a taste for a burger and remembered.Seeing a commercial that day now had burgers. Ordered my meal. Ann picked it up at the window and at first bite, it was not cooked. I drive back around and go into the location and let them know.My burger was not cooked all the way. The lady behind the counter told me that their burgers were cooked medium well, and that that was the way it was supposed to be. I asked if I could get it redone.And she said, yes, giving instruction to the back for a well cooked burger. I waited for a few minutes and a new burger was presented to me. I had brought my whole bag in and handed it to the lady behind the counter, asking if I could have fresh fries at this point. With the look, I was given you would have thought I asked her to give me her paycheck. She paused and looked puzzled.So I repeated my request again. I will say that the initial fries were not warm from the first order anyway. She came with my new fries, and upon grabbing a few off the top, they actually were not even warmer than the previous ones. The burger was okay. Barely warm fries are always horrible. Went through the drive thru to get a #1 beef and cheddar meal and a chicken cordon bleu (sandwich only). I repeated my order three different times and she kept asking me what drink I wanted with the chicken sandwich. Finally she understood I just wanted the sandwich, not the meal. When I go to pay, she got an attitude with me when I asked if they do military discount (THEY DO NOT, BTW)! She then hands me a lukewarm Dr Pepper with no ice. I said “can I please have ice?”. She said “we don’t have no ice today”. Then she aggressively hands me my bag and slams the window. I drove around to the front of the store, walked in and guess what. They did have ice! I put ice in my cup from the dining room drink machine and left. When I checked my food as I was pulling out, my beef and cheddar sandwich looked like it was dropped on the floor and it was also room temp and sloppily made. The fries were cold and stale as well. Didn’t eat it. $18 for a sub par meal and experience is a joke. I should have known better since there was literally no one eating there around lunch time.
