Today was my first time ever visiting this establishment. My guy has patronized the location on Elvis Presley, and he stated that the food was good. So, we decided to drive from Olive Branch today to try the food since I had a taste for BBQ. He also stated that he believed the business was Black owned and operated so we pull up to Big Bill's on Kirby. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted with a hello or a hi and there was a young lady at the counter who asked could she help us. My guy asked did she have a menu that we could take a sit and look at and she stated rudely that they had an online menu. We took a sit and looked over the menu and then proceeded to go back to the counter. I ordered the pork shoulder combo and he ordered smoke sausage combo we paid, and she said "yawl can get your drink out the cooler over there. My guy asked her what was in the container behind her and she act like she didn't hear him at first. He asked her again and she said "that's Strawberry Hennessey" still rude. So, we proceeded to follow her instructions. We take a seat to wait on our order. My guy then looked over the receipt and notice that she gave him a smoke turkey instead of smoke sausage and he went to tell her and she immediately went to the window where the guy was who cooks and stated rudely to him to give her the receipt back. He asked her what's wrong and she said "they" as if she was about to place the blame on us. My guy proceeded to tell her that it was a communication mistake and it wasn't really a need for her to behave like that. She then got defensive and states that she just asked the guy in the back to give her the receipt to correct it. I then interjected and told her that she was being rude, and her body language expressed her feelings. The way she talked to us and the guy who cooks was inappropriate. She never apologized and we asked for a refund. She called someone on the phone and asked could he issue a refund over the phone which didn't make sense to me. I guess the person on the phone asked her what happened, and she stated, "she said I got an attitude". She does have an attitude and she is very rude and has no customer service qualities. However, she stated that the guy was on his way to give us a refund. Why isn't anyone in there qualified to give a refund. Now we must wait on this guy, and he arrives maybe 15 to 20 minutes later and he never greeted us and went straight to the counter to assist the young lady. Which in my opinion explains the way she acts It starts from the leadership he doesn’t have any customer service etiquette either.
Customer Service is important. I don't care how good your food maybe, but I refuse to patronize any company who is blatantly rude and do not care about their patrons. This was the worst experience for a first time visit and I won't return for this very reason. It’s sad that in this day and time living in a country so divided no one knows how to be kind and in business to make money. Sad so sad!

There service was horrible but I didn't know that before I left my tip on the app. You have to order food and drinks on an app before someone comes to table. Looks like it was only 2 workers in the whole place that was super busy one lady was the hooka girl and the bartender and the server all at the same time. FOOD... The loaded salmon nachos were amazing, the catfish sandwich was wonderful and I think the salmon quesadilla was good but asked for salsa when ordered and we didn't eat much of it because we were waiting for the salsa to come that never came after several request. Since we never got water I saw they had bottle water on the app for $6 which was rediculous unless you are bringing Saratoga but I ordered it. Water still didn't come and after inquiring about it the waiter brought me back $6 in cash (even though I paid on the app and paid taxes I just let it go) another person ordered fries that didn't come until we were about to leave (she ordered hers before we ordered our food, think it was given to another table) the smoke in the building was horrible..... The vapesneed their own section we all not wanting to smell that in the air with our food and drinks. I'm from Georgia so this is a place I would order for pick up. Read moreI recently ordered actually last Friday at opening time I ordered 1 rib tip plate with fries and slaw on ubereats I received it was fresh tender and delicious However, because of my previous order I had my Mom and sister visiting from out of town I bragged on the quality of the food So we ordered again but instead of 1 rib tip plate we ordered 2 The food was inedible the packaging was deplorable unsealed greasy bag containers with sauce and debris on them Then the worst was the actual food Pieces of rib tips were hard burnt tough and half of the amount of food as ordered before My guess is My last order was Friday and food was fresh Today it was obvious we got old leftovers from what didn't sell over the weekend They actually saved and sold for $22+ dollars a plate just to get their money and sadly family couldn't eat the trash they sold us Advice... It's hit ir miss nor consistent and the people preparing it and packaging it could care less

For every person that visits an establishment, they are for certain going to tell at least 10 people about their experience This can make or break a business Take pride in whatever it is you decide to do
