Terrible is not even the description I want to give this location. I ordered my food online for curbside pick up. I get to the restaurant sitting out in my car and I text to let them know I was there. The girl walks out like 10 times looking around never once came down to my car to ask did I have a order. I mean I’m sitting in the curbside pickup area in the description car on my ticket, I mean come on now. I sat there for 20 minutes before I got out and I went I to ask for my food well the girl walked out like the 11th time and asked do you have an order. It only took me getting out my car in the curbside to get my own order I mean if I wanted to get out and go in the restaurant I would have just did a to go walk in not curbside. She did help me carry all my bags out to my car with it. I don’t think she wanted to break her 12inch nails it’s why she didn’t bring the food out in the first place. But that’s not all the bad service I got it’s more, something told me to check my food before leaving and of course it was hard and cold as a rock because I waited forever to get it but it was missing fries from one order and the food was thrown in the box like they just said to hell with my order and my sons drink had something in it. When I was walking back out with my order the GM stopped me to ask was everything alright. At this time she could see I was frustrated I had just gotten off of work tired hunger and now frustrated. She offered me a 20percent off discount for my next visit like I would really come back to this location! Hell would freeze over first. I told her I would be happy if my food was not cold and I didn’t have to drive 25 minute home to serve my family old cold food. She didn’t offer to remake the food I just told her I didn’t have time for them to do it just to throw that option out that she never gave me. She just gave a sorry 🤬 excuse as to why the business was doing bad and she was going to fix it but it was her first day. I don’t think I wanted to hear that after just spending over $50.00 dollars on hard cold food. Corporate managers need to step in because this is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location but today was my last. Never again will I go to this location. I can be about to die of starvation and if this restaurant was the only restaurant open in the area for me to go to I would simply die first. Of course I was not the only person waiting on there order as the young lady pranced around outside dumbfounded at cars other curbside orders waiting in their cars got out to get their orders too because apparently the young girl don’t know cars or color or she just simple didn’t care to ask cars what were they waiting on. I hope this location gets it together because it’s in a high traffic area by the mall and people going here getting bad service...
Read moreLet me preface this review by saying, that when Chilis first came to this area 20 years or so, they had good food, good service, and a nice atmosphere. But like a good many places, they become complacent and standards fall. It had been 3 years since I had been to Chili's because of a bad experience. Tonight we decided to give them a second chance.
They failed once again.
We ordered off the 2 for $22 menu. The appetizer was fried pickles, and we got a second appetizer of loaded cheese fries. The fried pickles tasted like fish. They has a distinct fishy taste on top of the dill pickle taste that was just nasty. They even smelled like fish, which was nauseating. When I pointed this out to our server, she denied that they even served fish, so it was impossible, Umm...try one!! She declined. She did get that item removed from our bill. But it was off putting to be told it was impossible because they did not serve fish, especially when I just watched the same server serve another table, salmon & shrimp. Guess those were special and walked on land oozing sarcasm
Nonetheless, our entrees arrived. My daughter got some sort of cajun pasta dish. She loved it. I tried it and although not something I would order (not much into cajun spices) it was rather good.
I ordered chicken fajitas for myself. I thought that would be a safe choice. I cant even mess up fajitas. Slap some grilled chicken in a flour tortilla with some sour cream, friend onions and peppers, guacamole, & cheese. See I'm a simple girl, easy to please. Not here. Not at Chilis. I swear the chicken was straight out of the microwave and as tasteless as an old shoe. The onions and peppers were barely warm, and still crunched as if they were raw. A little crunch is a great thing, but these things still stood and walked on their own.
I was tired at this point, completely underwhelmed, and very disappointed. I asked for a doggie box and took my microwaved chicken home for the "dawg". Dawg eats most anything..right? OR so I thought. Dawg took one smell of it, looked up at me in disappointment, and walked away. I swear I heard her grumbling. It says something when "Dawg" wont eat it. Dawg eats cat poop!!!
Service, was sporadic. Our server was very attentive to my daughter, but it was like I didnt exist. My glass was empty most of the time. I guess we should all be young cute, and female, shouldnt we?
Anyway, lesson, learned. Chili's is off my list of places to...
Read moreI ordered the chicken crispers meal and it wasn’t eatable. I place an order online for pickup. When I arrive the young white lady was nice and polite which I appreciate. I always checked my food before I leave anywhere and sauce I didn’t receive my sauce for my order. I know you’re thinking it’s just sauce, but during these times I expect my order to be made to my liking. I informed her that I was missing my honey mustard which she went to go get for me, but came back with honey chipotle sauce instead 2nd orange flag for me right now. She finally comes out with the right sauce which I appreciate. I’m not sure if she was trying to be funny or not when she proceeds to say “good eye on that” referring to me noticing that I’m missing my sauce🙄 I shouldn’t have to have a good eye on my order that this restaurant prepared. I worked in the food industry for years and I completely understand when you forget things, but please pay attention to the small details they matter. When I arrived home the white cheddar mac and cheese was running like it wasn’t tasty🤮 at all it’s like they put queso over elbow noodles and called it macaroni. My chicken crispers/tenders were rubbery🤮. The only thing decent out of my entire meal was the honey mustard that I had to waited for and the fries. I’ve never had problems like this at the Cordova location. I choose the Wolfchase one because it’s closer to my home. I’ll never do that again. There also was this black woman with box braids who either was the manager or supervisor that was checking the food and orders for curbside pickup. Maybe this location should allow her to be over the curbside pickup because attention to details goes a long way and that woman was doing that to the other orders while I was waiting on the young lady to...
