Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Memphis

Each and every time I come to this Church’s (or any other sites) they are never prepared for service. Today I arrived at 10:49 a.m., and asked for spicy chicken combo. Of course, they didn’t have any spicy chicken (although this is the beginning of the day). Why even have it on the menu when you’re never going to have it available for purchase?

Not only did they not have any spicy chicken nor tenders, but I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and a spicy chicken wrap, and a reg. order of fries. It’s currently 11:02 am and the car sitting in front of me, was already moved up and parked when I pulled up, but has yet to receive their food. How does this happen at the beginning of the work day? I’m not understanding how there is almost a twenty minute wait on my order, and they opened at 10:00 a.m. Not only that, I get my food and my fries are lukewarm like they’ve been sitting a while. No napkins in the bag. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I will be going to Popeyes...

We were getting on the road headed to Chicago and decided to stop to eat there. First of all we could not go in to place the order which would have been ok if it was posted somewhere to know this. After taking the kids out of the car and putting them back in we went thru the drive thru. While trying to place the order the order taker kept cutting me off asking "Is that all?" I kept saying No and continuously trying to finish... This was very annoying which made me not want to order anything for myself. After paying and being told to wait we pulled into a parking space to get settled and discovered there were no utensils. After going back to the door and standing there being stared at I had to motion to a worker that I needed something to eat with. He brought me 1 spoon and there were 4 of us. At this point I said forget it and left. We had to rinse anf wipe the 1 fork to feed each person. Finally they forgot...

Awful got the 20.00 dinner. 12 pieces, 3 large sides (mac & cheese, potatoes & slaw) & 6 biscuits. Instead of large containers for mac& cheese got 3 small. It was old, containers had holes & top was cracked & melted. When returned the manager tried to replace but when she pulled out the drawer of the hot box all was the same. When I refused & asked for a refund she refused & replace with more potatoes. Asked fir corporate phone number to complain was told to email. Very rude no apology or thank you. I will be sending pictures of what & how your customers are treated at the whitehaven location in Memphis, TN. You had an older gentleman there for years but he got transferred & that's when I noticed this location went to hell. This is an older neighbor hood full of senior citizens & shouldn't be...
