last time I ordered it was like an hour and a half before they close that was two weeks ago and the person that I talked with said it will be ready in 25 minutes, so I was a little bit late but even though I was late it was like 40 minutes before they close, but when I went to there, it was already closed and no one was there and the restaurants were already closed so I didnāt eat for that day because of your dumb schedule if they said we didnāt have we had already closed it was gonna be better and I order from another place. When I call like two days later to order some food, I told the person that story and the only thing that said is, weāre sorry to hear that like they it seems like they donāt care about their customers. and now I went to to get some food because it says they close at midnight. Itās still 10:10, but they are already closed. change the Time schedule on Google or work like it says because you loose customers like that. The food is always great by the way

I asked why they canceled it and they said "the manager tried to call you". Still didn't tell me why just kept saying "they tried to call you". I AM STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU NOW you can end they mystery by telling me why. No apology. Like it was somehow my fault for wanting to order at this location.
If there was a good reason for doing it, I might get it, e.g. out of a certain thing, etc. but just kinda shrugged and said it was canceled and they tried to call. I asked about placing another order and got "sure. it'll be about 45 minutes". Ugh.
This is such as easy fix to make it a customer win and get some goodwill but they went the other route. I wasn't snarky or anything. Just walked right back out the door.

The driver called to tell me my order had been delivered so I checked with my kids to see if everything was alright. They told me the pizza wasn't there. Nothing on the doorstep. I called the store to see what happened and they said the driver was out on another order so they couldn't reach him but they would make another order and get it out to me. I asked if they were going to charge me considering the inconvenience (hungry kids at home, clearly marked address, illiterate delivery driver). They said no.
