I ordered a pizza at this location about a week ago and they said it would be about 35-40 minutes and that was ok I had other stops to make, so when I got there to pick up my order the cashier said to be, so you are the one who ordered the pizza with no sauce and I said yes I am, so she had a funny look on her face and walked to the back and spoke with the manager I assume he was the manager and she came and told me the pizza was made, but there was a rush of customers in the place and apparently my pizza was given to someone else and the manager came up and said there was a mixup with my order and they would have to make me another pizza that would take about 30 minutes and I told them I had already waited 40 minutes and I was not going to wait another 30 minutes and I walked out very disappointed and no one apologized for the mistake or offered some type of discount for future orders, I said I would never go to them again, but I think everyone deserves a second chance, but the manager should have been more manager material and made it right by offering a discount for my next order if there will be a next the exact date this happened on was 01/29/2021...

When I arrived to pick up my pizza, the kitchen staff was all very busy (naturally) and the lady behind the counter had her back to me, and was playing on her phone. Patience is a virtue, so I silently waited… and waited… and waited. After 7 ½ minutes of waiting I called out, and tried to signal the kitchen staff to please help me…it was finally at that time the lady turned around, and said “How can I help you?”… I explained that I had been waiting at the counter for over seven minutes and no one even made eye contact with me. I further told her that it felt disrespectful to me. – It would have been easy to disarm the situation by apologizing, and ringing up my call in order. INSTEAD – she laughingly said “that’s not true” and chose to walk away. The lady from the kitchen came out and rang up my order and sent me on my way. The pizza was great… the service atrocious. Read moreI placed an online order at 6PM tonight for just a plain cheeseburger w/ketchup and a side of steak fries (additional $2.75 for fries instead of chips), plus a large spaghetti w/meat sauce. Got a confirmation saying ready at 6:30; I got there at 6:32. Paid immediately, w/25% tip, THEN was told "we are out of fries; onion rings instead?" "No, my son doesn't like onion rings." "Then we can put chips with it." "Ok." "We're still waiting on the burger to be done; give us a couple minutes." Realized I was charged for fries I'm not getting, but decided they could keep the extra $. Waited. 6:40 was told "burger is still working." 6:50 was told "5 more minutes." The place wasn't THAT busy! I finally got my order right as the clock turned to 7PM...an hour after I placed my order. Got the food home in a few minutes, and the burger was hot off the grill. But the spaghetti was cold!
