I was just rudely disrespected at the subway in the Saint Frances hospital. The workers there gave me a bad bag to hold my sandwich and cookies and when they fell on the floor, the worker who bagged the food decided to argue with me about it saying that I held the bag wrong. The bag was clearly busted. She told me to get out of line because the line was getting long. When there were not that many people in line, I told her that I wanted a refund on the food and on the unnecessary tip she added and she said no and tried to make me take the food that fell on the floor. There were other people around that saw this incident. The other women that saw this told the worker "she needs a new sandwich and cookies that one fell on the floor". When i went to the side like she asked, she left from the register acting as though nothing happened. When I asked for her to get a manager she continued to with an attitude,snatched my receipt and completely lied to the manager about what had happened. The manager came over to figure out what was the problem. She and her coworker tried to keep my money. I was asked not to put this on facebook. The manager told me "I can only refund you for the sandwich and cookies." He made her refund me and she still had an attitude! They kept my tip which I didn't authorize! About 10 customers saw...

The food is average at best, and the atmosphere is nonexistent. The biggest issue? The location is absolutely terrible. It’s inside a hospital, and if you’re trying to get there after 5 PM, good luck. You have to enter through the ER side, navigate around the entire hospital, turn between several other medical buildings, find your way into a sketchy mini parking lot, walk under a catwalk, and then enter another medical building just to get there. Read morePOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! August 17, 2024 around 11am when I walked in I saw the young lady with the classes. I stood there a few minutes because she had her back turned to the counter talking. She turned around and I saw that she had her AirPods in and was on the phone. At no time did she end the call. I’m trying to tell her what I wanted on my sub & I could hear the other person talking, it wasn’t English.
That’s how loud she had the volume up in those headphones!! The employee literally said huh to every topping I asked for, which made me have to talk louder and louder.
