I went into this store today and the owner, Roger, was extremely rude and nasty because I said that the furniture was too pricey. He literally got mad and insulted me because I voiced my opinion about the prices. He even had the audacity to say I insulted him because I said the furniture was to high. It was unbelievable to see how petty and ignorant his responses were and how he behaved. He told me that if I felt his prices were to expensive that I didn't know anything about furniture. At first I thought he was joking and then after he told me that I should go shop elsewhere if I thought his prices were to high I asked him why was he being rude and insulting. He continued to be rude and even after I said he just lost my business, he responded "I didn't lose anything." His horrible attitude was so uncalled for and unnecessary. I continued to question him about why he was being rude for no reason and he continued to justify his rudeness. Now that I think back to that moment, its laughable that he actually thought his behavior was acceptable. I also noticed the store was empty when I was in there, apparently I am not the only one who thinks his furniture is overpriced. I have no interest in paying $1700 for a cheap looking couch. The furniture is extremely overpriced and based on the reviews I have read, this is not the first time he has been rude to customers. There are too many places locally and online where I can buy quality custom furniture for far less and without the unnecessary rudeness. Had I read the reviews before going there to look, I would have never even wasted my time walking...
Read moreCustom sofa ($8119.31) ordered January 4, 2021 with a promised delivery date of April 1, 2021. I asked to change the ottoman two weeks into the order, but was told I could not change it because it was already in production. April 1 came and went. I continued to contact the store to find out when I would receive my sofa for the next eight months. They were very difficult to reach and unapologetic when I finally did reach them. This went on over and over until I finally received the sofa on December 12, 2021.
August of 2022, my USB port stopped working. I contacted them for a warranty repair and they asked me to e-mail a photo of the port. A couple of weeks after I e-mailed them, they replied that the repair would not be covered by warranty because the port appeared to have been abused. Really? The port looks just like it did when the sofa was delivered. Apparently, it's an internal problem because it just doesn't work anymore. Now they want $50 to repair it.
The selection, style and quality of their furniture is great, but their customer service does not exist. They have little regard for what happens once they make the sale. It is shameful that they absolutely do not stand behind...

The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help without being pushy. Alex, in particular, was super approachable and willing to spend time walking me through all the design options. It’s amazing how much flexibility they offer when it comes to customizing furniture, allowing you to really create something that fits your space perfectly.
