I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent shopping experience I had at your store in Memphis Tn located at Poplar and Ridway. As a loyal customer of Target for many years, I was shocked by the poor conditions and lack of assistance during my visit.
Upon entering the store, I was immediately struck by the disorganization and lack of cleanliness. Merchandise was haphazardly strewn about, making it difficult to navigate the aisles and locate the items I needed. This not only created a frustrating shopping experience but also reflected poorly on the overall image of the store.
Furthermore, I was dismayed by the inadequate number of customer service representatives available to assist shoppers. The few representatives who were present seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide the level of assistance I have come to expect from Target. As a result, I was left to wander the store in search of help, ultimately leaving without resolving my inquiries.
As a customer who has consistently chosen Target for my shopping needs, I believe it is essential to bring these issues to your attention. I have always held Target in high regard for its quality products and exceptional customer service, but my recent experience has left me questioning whether I can continue to rely on your brand.
I sincerely hope that Target will take the necessary steps to address these concerns and improve the in-store experience for its customers. I trust that you will take my feedback into consideration and work towards maintaining the high standards that Target is known for.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift and positive...
Read moreI've been shopping at Target for 15 plus years and never had a real complaint, til tonight. I came in about 9:35p.m (9/11/20) to grab 2 items for a baby shower. It's been a long while since I've used the registry, so I had ask where it was located. Once I found it, I could see that one was broken and the other one had connection issues. However, I asked the associate at guest services for assistance and she had to no as to how it worked. All she new to say was pull it up on my phone. Any how I proceeded on my own to pull up the registry, but it only pulled up people from out of state. So when another associate walked into the area, I asked her if the system in store was the same as pulling it up online? She had no clue. At this point, I proceeded back to my car to get my tablet before the store closes (I know. Should've brought it at first.. what was I thinking! ). Now that I've found my 2 items, I ask for assistance taking the items off the baby registry so that they won't be duplicated. GUESS WHAT?! She couldn't help me. I said all of that to say this. It seems to me, nowadays, I don't care where you go (Walmart/Kroger/etc, nobody (employees) knows a Damn thing! They're just in there taking up space/ talking on their phone or whatever. And if this is the way it's going to be, the stores may as well shutdown, and everybody keep it strictly...
Read moreI arrived at this location approximately 9:30pm. I was watching the clock because my neighbor said she'd keep kids for me to pick up a few things at Target, so I was mindful of the time I spent there. I got in the check out line at 9:50 with 5 items in my cart and two people ahead of me. First person leaves checkout less than 4 or 5 minutes later, now only one person in front. She had a medium size cart full, maybe 15 to 20 items but made 4 different transactions and had a lot of questions! Frustrated, I checked my watch. 10:15pm. This person had been checking out for 20 minutes. But wait, a team member was opening another lane! She comes up to the lady behind me and tells her that she'll take her at her register. Lucky lady leaves, cashier goes about her business elsewhere. Still waiting... 7 minutes later that same cashier wispers to the next person behind me and checks her out at a different register. Seriously. I almost lost it. But finally, lady in front of me is finished and its my turn. Except my excitement slowly fades because my cashier leaves her post to help a lady who has a question about a return. The cashier walkies for someone to go to customer service but when nobody responds, she sets off looking for them. OMG! IS THIS A JOKE! I waited in line a total of 36 minutes!!!...
