Taco Bell — Restaurant in Memphis

This place is by far my favorite Taco Bell in all of Memphis. Steve and Marissa we’re awesome. Being eight months pregnant I’m a little bit of a mess & the other day I ordered food on the way home from a friends house. I pull up to pay for my food ($5) and realized my purse is not there and my friend took my purse ...meaning her purse was on my floor board. I quickly told Marissa who is working the window that I would be right back Because I had to go get my purse from my friends house that I was just at...I had the full intention that I would be right back to pay for the two tacos I was getting but then Steve who is the manager came right up to the window and said will take care of you have a great night. Stopped here to grab some food and they gave me the wrong drink at the drive-through. When the drive-through employee handed me the drink I immediately noticed it was the wrong one and tried to give it back to her. She told me that I could keep the incorrect drink and she would just give me another one, which I didn’t like because I don’t have enough cupholders for an extra drink that I didn’t need or want. I tried to give her the incorrect drink back so she can dispose of it and she refused to take the drink back and said policy is they don’t take anything back through the window (except money apparently). So even though she knew she screwed up and she knew I didn’t want the extra drink, she refused to take it back and actually made me park and walk it inside and hand her the drink at the counter. I should’ve just got out of my car and left it in the middle of the drive-through lane and make her come out and get it. I was there today at 2:30 or so I always stop in to kill time before I go to work at Poplar and Kirby so the manager was on the phone and she had another person there they were discussing the quality of food and cleanliness which I thought was great very professional but there was a man there that played loud rap music which is fine I like rap but the whole time I was eating he was staring at me not only could I smell him I assumed he was homeless on my way to taco Bell he was walking on the sidewalk what made me uncomfortable was I purchased food and I sat there to kill time he walked in did not purchase any food at all team or customers came in which look like contractors they got their sauces and napkins and he stood by their table while they were waiting on their food and still no one recognized the sky who looked really lost I have posted again and again about this place I will not stop coming here but when you have someone who's really looking psycho please pay attention cuz this guy just might be the one...
