Garibaldi's Pizza — Restaurant in Memphis

First time at new location s I was very impressed I wish parking lot was bigger with next door to doughnut shop.mike j. And staff are doing a good job.

On march 3-17-2020 I hade a really good talk with Michael Garibaldi jr. I think mr.garibaldi and his dad and manager At Walker Terry take really good care of customer I have the highest respect for all of them they great kind people.

I was in garibaldis On mt.moriah on the way home and came in and ordered my food I love the food served there and I think the world of Mike Jr. Some of there clerks don't make you feel like you are welcome and do at times make you the customer feel very uncomfortable when It sad the way the world is now when you go to favorite restaurants people can be not so nice and make you feel not so good . If wasn't for Mike and Mike Jr and couple of managers I would not come here or the other location out east

I ordered my food on the phone for part of it is for pickup and part was for dinner in they didn't to my order I gave them I ordered steak sandwich and a meat ball sub to go and a large spaghetti with meat sauce for here with extra meat sauce that I did not get and whole ordered was packed up to go I hade to ask the clerk to put it in regular bowl for dining here for the reason I wanted to eat it here the clerk that helped me got a very bad attitude with and my order it is so sad

I went back to this location for my dinner pick up order And manager RW GAVE GREAT SERVICE AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE HE DOES AWESOME JOB HE WAS NOT THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING IT WAS WITH ANOTHER WORKER THEIR I AM CRAZY ABOUT MIKE SR. This is like my third visit to this location. The cashier was very nice and friendly! I ordered a Beef and Pepperoni Pizza.The pizza is good, to me it has its own distinguishing taste. While waiting for my pizza, I noticed on three racks they had premade pizza dough just sitting openly out. I probably wouldn't have noticed it if it wasn't so close to the front counter, actually at the front counter, and the fact that someone, who worked there was repositioning the dough on the racks.They had a plastic wall only to separate the pizza from the customers. Basically, it wasn't covered and any possibly insane customer could have reached over the what seemed like a semi-hard plastic wall and touched the pizza dough. I physically had to walk over to the counter to see if it was in fact actual pizza dough. They have a fridge with food for sale in it that you can also purchase. I just pretended that I was looking at the food items. If I hadn't already ordered and the pizza wasn't almost done, I would have left it there. Yes, I know that I still had that option, I just decided to keep it. Note, that I will not be returning. I really do believe that this is a safety hazard with all that is going on. Also, I didn't have my phone with me to take a picture.

Once a week, my husband and I can eat whatever we want, so last week our friends and we decided on Garibaldi's. We normally use the Walker café, but decided on pick-up at the Mt. Moriah location this time. As always, the pizza, pizza bread, spaghetti (we had the meat sauce this time), and garlic bread were delicious. We decided to have both the chocolate chip cookies and the toffee cookies, one brownie, and several cannoli. The toffee cookies were so good that I passed pieces around to friends (chocolate chip cookies are ALWAYS good, and the brownie was also good). And then we opened the cannoli box. From the online picture, we thought it had a chocolate waffle wrap, but these were waffles completely DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE! And OMGG these cannoli were the MOST DELICIOUS cannoli I have ever tasted, and the sentiment was shared by everyone in our group! Also, my apologies to the server & cashier for their much delayed tip; I guess it has been so long since we are at something other than fast food that my husband forgot to tip at the register. I think next time he will remember before we are 20 minutes away, and there will definitely be a next time! And you can bet that we will be...
