I agree with the other review. This store employees act very racist towards black customers. I have gone here 3 times and have been treated or saw unfair treatment each time.
Specifically it's the manager. Idk her name but she's a short, fat women in her 40s with short hair. She is extremely rude.
The store is not even big at all (it only has 2 isles) and she followed me around it....pretending like she was organizing the products. She asked me if I needed help & when I said no she walked behind me and slickly looked into the bags that I was holding. Why am I being treated like a thief when I haven't taken anything...?
The other time I was there she practically screamed at one of her black employees because they didn't get her a coke on their break. The employee said, "sorry, but their were no Mountain Dews in that machine" the rude woman replayed smartly, "you could have gone to the other machine.... rolls eyes Ughh, FINE I guess I'll have to do it on my break!" When did employees become servants!?
Another time I went there a Hispanic woman (Afro Latina) came in and was looking for keratin shampoo. She said, "do you have any shampoos with keratina?" The rude woman replayed, "a shampoo with WHAT?" The woman replied, "keratina." The rude woman said, "ummmmm, we have shampoos with KERATIN in them." Then she proceeded to show the woman the shampoo. Then the lady asked, "is this the only one you have?" The rude lady replied, "yeah...well, this is the cheapest one we have!" I'm sorry but who asked for the cheapest! Don't make assumptions!
Like the other review said, I too will go out if my way to go to another Sally or Beauty Supply. Like I said, this store is TINY. It is definitely NOT worth being treated poorly. Racial profiling IS NOT the way to treat paying customers or hard...
Read moreI went here Saturday after seeing on the product's website and Sally's own website that they had naturalicious products in stock. I couldn't find it on my own so I asked an employee if they had naturalicious products in stock. She said no without a second thought, search, or explanation. I mentioned that their website said that they had it in stock. She said nothing/ offered no explanation. Instead, she suggested I 'go to the (beauty supply store) on park and getwell. They may have it.' That suggestion was Ludacris to me. Seeing as why would I go on the other side of town for a possibility when you could not even properly help me with what is supposed to be in your store. This did not sit well with me so I called back the next day, Sunday, and was told the same thing likely by the same person. No explanation. It's disappointing because it could have been a lie or it could have been the truth. If, it was the truth then as a professional more of an explanation should have been given. If it was a lie...why??? I was able to get better customer service and what I needed from the Sally's...

I tried to call but the lines are busy due to covid ( just wanted to know the name of the woman with pink and yellow short hair so I could give her due credit ) I came in 10 mins before closing (I know I'm the worst) BUT both ladies were nice to me while they were doing their end day stocking. My problem was I had this blue hair I couldn't get out or get to fade for the life of me and I brought like 5 products to the counter and then she said "funky colour off might work better for you than these(my hair was DAAARK blue). It wont damage your hair, etc" So I was like eh why not? I tried it..it worked perfectly! I have one section that has a FAINT blue hue to it (only bc I have long hair and alllmost ran out of product but it'll wash out in a wash or two with some clarifying shampoo!)
