It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Memphis

I rarely leave reviews anymore but I had to for this place. I’m not asking for much when I get wings. Just good flavors, fresh fries, and some cold dipping sauces.

I ordered lemon pepper dry, garlic parmesan, and bbq boneless and bone-in wings. They were out of lemon pepper which is already a huge disappointment, but I opted for more garlic parmesan. These flavors are usually offered for people like me who don’t like spicy food. These wings were so spicy, my eyes burned when I opened the package. My kids couldn’t and wouldn’t eat them because they were so spicy they were crying. So I had to make another dinner for them.

The fries tasted like they were cooked two days ago. There were no sauces in the bag and the bag my food came in was from a Chili’s restaurant. I ordered food from this place a year ago and they were the best wings I had ever eaten. This restaurant has clearly gone way down hill since then and based on other reviews I’ve just seen, I may have just gotten lucky that day a year ago.

Again, the bar I use for quality isn’t super high, but It’s Just Wings flew far below that bar tonight. Save yourself the hassle unless you’re into screaming hot wings with too much sauce and sub par...

I had originally put this place as 5 stars. Good wings, good sauces, good price. But it seems like it's going downhill. The wings were crazy dry today after I waited nearly an hour after the time posted with the order. I might've been cool with it if the wind were fresh, but that long AND like they've been sitting getting dried out under a lamp for an hour is pretty bad. Nothing from management to make it right. I've definitely seen a bunch of people waiting in the past, but I guess I've been lucky before.

I'm just downgrading this because it was great right after they opened, but the last couple of times about has me not coming back. Definitely not...

• SCAM ALERT * - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered last night from DoorDash - little did I know “It’s Just Wings” IS REALLY CHILI’S!! Terrible boneless wings (all breading) soggy fries & an absolute scam they’re running!!

CLAIMING to be a whole different restaurant & advertising as it’s own place entirely, yet this place is actually CHILI’S GRILL & BAR??!?
