There were signs up, and I was told there is a place for delivery drivers to pull up, in order to get their customer's orders, since every order, from start to finish, is timed. Our ratings go down if we are not able to pick up our order, for whatever reason, before the time that is given to us when we get the call. I was told I would have to wait in a line. I believe there needs to be more order to their chaos. (I.E).A certain drive up area for those that work for delivery services, because when we check mark that we have made it to the merchant, the merchant can see this update. So, they know we are at their store, waiting for the order, and most merchants, if not all, can also see the make and model of the vehicle, as well as a picture of the person picking up the order. There should also be an area for those picking up orders that have already been phoned in, and then finally, the drive-through for those who are ordering at the time of arrival. The line was wrapped around the block. Chaotic, people cutting in front of people, nobody really knew where the line ended, and I do food deliveries so I had to cancel my customer's order. There were approximately (and this is a low ballpark estimate) over 60 cars in the Drive-Thru line. It wrapped around the Methodist Medical building. So, maybe you're experience went much smoother than my experience, because after all, I visited the merchant when the lobby was still closed, due to the Covid 19 shut down at all...
Read moreTo Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the ongoing issues at your [specific location]. This store currently reflects a 4.2 rating online, but the actual level of service does not align with that number—if anything, it falls below a 2.
There is a consistent pattern of staff closing the store before the scheduled time, sometimes as much as 30 minutes early. Multiple customers, myself included, have experienced this, and the reviews publicly confirm it. The staff at this location appear unsupervised, unprofessional, and immature, with no adult leadership in place. This has created an environment where customers are left frustrated and underserved.
The lack of accountability is unacceptable. Just because this location operates in a predominantly Black neighborhood does not mean we should be expected to tolerate substandard service. Our community deserves the same level of professionalism, respect, and accountability that is provided in any other area.
I am asking directly: when will corporate step in to enforce proper oversight and make the necessary changes at this store? A corporate presence is clearly needed to ensure staff are properly trained, supervised, and held accountable to your brand’s standards.
I look forward to your prompt response and to seeing real corrective action taken at...
Read moreThe service and food haven't been the same since COVID. Don't get me wrong, things were declining for a few years before COVID but during and after, both the product and customer service have been sub par and awful. After my last experience I decided to try again today but they were closed by 5pm. The Krispy Kreme of the 90's, when the hot donuts sign was on a few times a day and you could smell the donuts down the road, you could pull up late night and get a hot donut and some coffee at a decent price with good customer service...is long gone. The donuts are smaller, harder, hardly ever fresh, and when they are actually open, the workers act like you're bothering them. That is the new norm almost everywhere
Edit: 06/14/25 I hadn't had a krispy kreme donut since my last review but I decided I'd go get a 3 pack of glazed and chocolate covered on 06/12/25 but they only had filled donuts and cake batter donuts. The donuts they had were so ugly and unappealing i just didnt want any. I left and came back yesterday at around 9 pm and they had ZERO donuts in the store. Krispy kreme has been at this location since I was born and I have never gone to this location and they didn't at least have glazed donuts. How could a donut shop be...
