Burger King — Restaurant in Memphis

Burger King used to be a place where you could go and get a great flamed broiled Burger, crispy fish as well as chicken sandwiches, great fries and a nice cold soft drink but now the employees have gotten so lazy to the point that at a certain time of the night they choose to shut business down to accommodate their laziness meaning they will stop serving the public only to accommodate doordash and Uber Eats which the business itself is losing BIG money. They don't realize the money that they are losing at night because there are people that are going to work as well as there are tourists in town visiting Graceland and a lot of people really enjoy Burger King's food but when you're being turned down because staff rather go outside and smoke weed or call their relatives to pull up on the side door and leave with two huge bags full of food, hell it leaves the rest of us paying customers scratching our heads with question marks on top of all things if you go there at night if there are items on the menu they don't have it as they claim, they don't give you napkins or any condiments that you need to go with your meal and most of the time it's with an attitude. On top of that they're either taking credit cards or cash to prevent from doing work that they want their paychecks for so something needs to be done about this this is pure laziness and it is unacceptable while all the other fast food restaurants on that strip is making money Burger King is the only one that's open but there are no customers because of the laziness of the staff. There are times when it takes someone forever to answer the speaker to take your order so that can be an additional 10 minutes just waiting on someone to answer let alone you even getting your food which the burgers aren't hot and you're lucky if you get hot fries. Long post

I will never go this location again. I went to this location to get my family something to eat. Go to drive through and asked politely if the inside was open (as you all may know some restaurant don’t). No answer. My husband proceeds to ask and the lady get very snarky. So I’m like hold on nah let me go inside and put a face to a case.

Now mind you, my mind was elsewhere to do negative things, BUT…One look at my babies and mother Bear kicked in (why let someone trick you out your spot). I go inside and wait..wait some more…and some more…and lo and behold the face to the case comes around the corner with a nasty attitude…and she’s a MANAGER.

I hear the voice and I say “oh that’s who that was? Ok can I get someone else to serve us?” She say “Excuse me?” In a very nasty tone so I REPEAT MYSELF (still being polite)

After repeating myself so ask “And what may be the issue?”

And I say “because you’re the one that got smart with my husband in the drive thru and I am not comfortable with you servicing us.”

This lady tells us our services are not welcome there and we can leave. 😳💆🏾‍♀️😮‍💨woosah Naudia Woosah!!! Ok that’s fine (waiting on my mom to finish changing my 7 month old)

AND THAT’S WHAT CUT THE LAST STRING THAT WAS HOLDING EVERYTHING IN PLACE!!! Human Resources, higher management…whoever Yall need new managers!!!! Yall need secret shoppers/undercover boss or something because this is getting outrageous!!! Everybody is not going to accept these managers taking advantage of their positions then crying wolf...

I walked to Bk @ 530pm on Friday. The dining room. Was close bc they said they were short staff. However, the Mgr whom I was told was in the bathroom was sitting in the car!😡 The Mgr told the young lady to tell me to walk thru the drive thru. I said bo as that would be humiliating & put me @ risk of danger jus standing there. I ask if she would take my order thru the door & I'd stand by the door. The Mgr called her to the car & said no, tell me to walk to the drive thru. If that wasn't bad enough the young lady I was speaking with had a smirk on her face as if it was funny. All of this was very unprofessional & very inappropriate!!😡😡😡😡 I come here almost everyday. I've encountered some minor issues but never anything as discussing as this. I see why things hapn to the workers bc they are rude af & dnt kno how to handle or talk to customers appropriately. Also, the young lady wouldn't give me her name or the Mgr. She said she didn't kno any other Mgr for me to talk to or contact any1 above the Mgr in the car. This...
