On my soul I'm never spend my money at cookout anywhere. I ordered 2 bacon cheese burger and Cajun fries meals. I requested no onion or lettuce and I even said can you pretty please give me a mayo packet. Id prefer to put it on myself. Please and thank you. Get to the window and They give me my food. Check my order. I got cheeseburgers full of lettuce heavy mayo and onions. I see regular fries with enough season salt on them to give you a heart attack onsite. I said mam this is not what I ordered she huffed and said what did you ask for like I was bothering her. Problem one. I asked for it to be corrected she said give it here took it and lifted the bun then looked at my husband and said. I need two more dollars we didn't charge you for bacon. So you really wasn't listening even after I tried being nice cuz I know how fast for workers catch it. Problem two. Couple min she come back and said here you go. IT'S THE SAME DAM BURGERS WITH A BABY STRIP OF BACON MICROWAVED ADDED AND THE SAME FRIES. my husband said you wanna ask for your money back. I said I got something better. REVIEW!!!!!!!!!! here I come. I get times are a lil tight but y'all gotta do better and hire people who will actually serve what they want to eat. Not once did they apologize. Problem three.... Read moreThis was my very first time at this location. I got there at 1013, it was a few cars in front of me, bout time I pulled up the intercom to place my order, nobody said anything to me. I sat there for 10 minutes only to watch 2 cars in the 2nd lane get their order taken. So I pulled up to the window and asked the young lady, was they only taking orders on the other side? She then tells me, that she is doing everything taking orders, etc!! I could tell she was overwhelmed. But I asked could I order at the window, she then repeated to tell me that she is doing everything, then say let me ask my manager. The young manager took my order and said to pull around to the 3rd window (parking lot). I waited again, which is fine. She brought the food out and I can tell she was overwhelmed as well. I will be back cause the food was fresh and hot and the manager was very sweet (young black lady with burgundy hair (curly like) she was very sweet. But her cashier need to know how to handle customers in a more pleasant way regardless if she was overwhelmed. Still suppose to smile regardless of the difficult situations. It was a couple pieces of change but it’s the principle! My son gave her $12.25 for his order of $12.04…. She tossed it in the drawer. When she handed the food to me I asked for my change. She rolled her eyes and said what? Your penny!? I said no. The 21 cents you owe me. She said you gave me a nickel… I’m 100% positive we gave her a quarter but even if it was a nickel how DARE she try and keep someone’s penny. That ain’t her money! Regardless.
