McDonald's — Restaurant in Memphis

I've been to this location a few times last night was my last absolutely worst experience I've encountered alot of training needs to be done in my opinion there was no line at this location there was a vehicle having there order taken in front of us when there orderxwas complete i pulled forward to have my order taken but a car in the second lane was having there order taken when there order was done it was my turn so I waited nothing when another vehicle pulled to the second order lane their order was taken i then recognized i was skipped on purpose when I was to the point of frustration i pulled forward to leave while waiting on the line to move so we could leave the car behind us was waited on with no hesitation this made me more upset and the reason I will not give my patronage at this location again . I did tell the person at the drive threw window i was repothis situation he did not look or acknowledge that he heard me I spoke with the supervisor of this location and she apologized for the way things happened at this location and to come back in a couple of months i told her i didn't think I would but possibly in a year to see if things...

I took my grandson here for his Birthday 🥳🎉🎂. He ordered a Happy Meal Cheeseburger 🍔 with cheese and pickle's only. The cheeseburger was hot 🔥, fresh, but the Fries 🍟 were cold. I took them to the counter and they cooked him some fresh ones, that's was great. They forgot to give me a receipt so I saw it laying on the counter. I noticed that there was a.40¢ charge on it, so I inquired why and they said it was because they was out of kids size cups so they charge me.40¢ for an up charge for a small drink which makes no sense at all. They did give me the.40¢ back. To the McDonald's operator, management staff and crew. In the future if you are out of kids sizes cups just use a small cup and the not charge the customers, McDonald's is a billion dollar business, you only using probably 2 more ounces if that, or go to the other McDonald's two minutes down the street and borrow some from them until your truck comes in. Went last night around 7:30pm sat in line for around 34 minutes, spent 10 minutes waiting to give my order, they didnt bother acknowledging that they were busy or something was wrong, decided to drive up and order at the window.. when I finally got up there everyone inside seemed to be having fun, which is all cool and stuff I get it. after looking in through the window like an orphan from some old movie someone finally opens the window and takes my order and it comes out wrong, which I expected so I didnt move from the spot to wait through purgatory again, so the lady sends it back in and hands it back to me, this is where I messed up...
