Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Memphis

Hello I appreciate you getting back to me and I do understand you cannot refund me my money because of how I ordered my food through UberEats. However, there is still a problem. No one should ever have to received their meal that they paid for in the way that I did. I had just got off work and didn’t feel like going back out. The quality of the food was horrible. The chicken was old, I ordered a 3 piece combo and only received 2 pieces. They both tasted as if it was sitting in the bag for days. The drumsticks was missing meat from it I threw it away. The red beans and rice was cold the biscuit was hard as a hockey puck. You can tell they just gave me any because I ordered it through UberEats. Like this location needs to be looked into for this type of service because that’s trash. I’m disappointed and will not ever choose this location again....

Monday this week, my dad who is elderly and has suffered a stroke, went to buy food for my kids, with them there. With no ill intention, he put cash down on the counter while he was trying to get his things sorted and the kid at the counter started making comments such as “ we don’t do that here “ - and apparently some other ‘white people’ references. My father, of course just picked up the cash because he refused to pick it up and he handed it to him because he just wanted to get the kids food and didn’t argue with the kid.

What’s worse is that my dad is here to help with my kids on spring break and this is the sort of impression he’s going to have for all of Bartlett/Memphis.

I wish I looked at the reviews before I choose the location on he app. May 1, 2025 around 12:30 greeting was ok. No one smiled. Completed my order when I got there even though it said order ready on the app. Coleslaw was HORRIBLE I could tell it wasn't going to be good just by looking at it but tried it anyway. 1 piece of chicken was cold, the other was hot. Both pieces tasted bland as heck. I'm looking at my chicken like where is the flavor??? If I had time I would have taken the meal back but I was on my lunch break. Save your money, I tried to support but...
