The new assistant manager is very rude. I have been coming for an entire year every Friday night and always enjoyed the food and the environment. This has changed tremendously, the food is still good but the service is horrible. I came a few weeks ago with about 6 other people. The new assistant manager which I can’t remember her name was our waiter. Her service was slow, she was inconsistent, and not friendly. After we received the bill we notice we had almost a $200 gratuity fee which we were discussing with another employee because we know her because like I said I come every Friday. Someone overheard and went and told the assistant manager. She came back to me and my friend and was like someone told me you had a problem with your bill and very unprofessional and NASTY! Long story short we end up exchanging words. I have never experienced such bad service since I been there. Than her attire is very unprofessional to be a manager. She walks around with her purse, short dresses, tights and whatever else that looks as if she is going to a party. I will not be back!!
